Internship report

This summer vacation, in order to make us know more about electromechanical products and equipment, improve our understanding of electromechanical engineering manufacturing technology, deepen our perceptual knowledge of electromechanical application in various industrial fields, broaden our horizons, understand relevant equipment and technical data, and be familiar with the processing technology of typical parts, the college specially arranged for us to go to several factories with more types of electromechanical integration equipment and advanced production technology for production practice.

During the 23-day production practice, we have been to Hangzhou General Machine Tool Factory, Hangzhou Secret Machine Tool Processing Factory, Shanghai Valve Processing Factory, Shanghai Volkswagen Automobile Factory and Hangzhou Engine Factory to learn about the production situation of these factories, all kinds of knowledge related to this major, the work situation of workers in various factories and so on. For the first time, I personally felt the application of knowledge and practice, the application of sensors in air conditioning equipment, the application of electronic technology in machinery manufacturing, the application of precision machinery manufacturing in machinery manufacturing and so on. The combination of theory and practice is an eye-opener for us and a preliminary test of what we have learned before. Through this production practice, the theoretical knowledge learned has been further consolidated and deepened, which makes up for the deficiency of single theory teaching in the past and lays a good foundation for the subsequent professional course study and graduation design.

On July 3rd, Hangzhou General Machine Tool Factory came to the first stop of internship, which belongs to Hangzhou Machine Tool Group. This factory mainly produces M-class grinders 7 130h and 7 132h, which is one of the relatively large machine tool factories in China at present. During the internship, we first listened to a series of safety matters and matters needing attention during the internship. In mechanical engineering practice, safety is always the first. Then, through the general introduction of the chief designer of the factory, we have a general understanding of the product types and general situation of the factory, and also let us understand the purpose and focus of the factory internship.

At the end of the next period, we are divided into three groups, which are engaged in production practice in general machine workshop, special plane workshop and processing workshop respectively. In the switchboard workshop, the workshop leader showed us their production line, and explained in detail the processing and assembly technology of the main parts of the surface grinder, the power drive of the whole machine and a series of structures of the internal hydraulic system. I should be most interested in the hydraulic system of the surface grinder, which is divided into oil supply institutions. Executive mechanism, auxiliary mechanism and control mechanism. From different angles, the hydraulic system can be divided into different forms. According to the oil circulation mode, the hydraulic system can be divided into open system and close system. Open system means that the hydraulic pump sucks oil from the oil tank, the oil drives the hydraulic actuator after passing through various control valves, and the oil returns to the oil tank through the reversing valve. The system has a simple structure and can play the role of cooling the oil tank and precipitating impurities. However, oil often comes into contact with air, which makes air easily penetrate into the system, leading to unstable mechanism movement and other consequences. The open system has large oil tank and good self-priming performance of oil pump. In close system, the oil inlet pipe of the hydraulic pump is directly connected with the oil return pipe of the actuator, and the working fluid circulates in the pipeline of the system in a closed way. Its structure is compact, there is less chance of contact with air, and air is not easy to penetrate into the system, so the transmission is stable. However, the close system open system is complex, because there is no oil tank, the oil cooling and filtering conditions are poor. In order to compensate for the leakage in the system, a small flow make-up pump and oil tank are usually needed. Due to the high technical requirements and high cost of closed system, considering the economic problem, the surface grinder adopts the starting system and adds shock absorbers to balance the system. Almost all modern construction machinery adopts hydraulic system, which is combined with electronic system and computer control technology and becomes an important part of modern construction machinery. How to design a good hydraulic system? It is the key technology to improve the level of China's machinery manufacturing industry. In the workshop of special plane, our research on the special structure, feed mechanism and processing range of special plane grinder is further deepened, which is more beneficial than asking the master for the principle of power transmission. In the processing workshop, we have a more accurate perceptual knowledge of the planer and shaper, and listened to the master's talk about the five parts of the machine tool: bed, column and grinding head.

Through the internship in Tongji factory, I learned the basic situation of manufacturing industry at present. It's a pity that I can't do more practical operations because of the unique technical proficiency and high risk in the mechanical industry. However, I observed the production, processing and assembly process of various parts of a machine tool, which brought to life a lot of knowledge I learned from books and understood the specific application of this major in some technical manufacturing aspects.
