As for the express delivery industry I studied, I blame myself for being too young to start with case analysis ... so I have to read a lot to ensure that some arguments in the case are complete, so the core of the whole article comes out.

(2) Process materials

? Process information (prophase) includes: task book, literature review, foreign language translation, and opening report. In fact, these are not important. Although these are all scheduled to be uploaded, you can still finish the first draft and then write these local contents, saving time and effort. After all, the overall outline of the paper has not yet come out, and these local writing methods are also fabricated (forced). As for the standard format, just follow the format requirements of the template file.

? Be conscious when writing a paper. You can open some master's and doctoral theses related to your own writing direction, write down other people's frameworks with notes, and see where people start and how to write papers is logical and logical. Case analysis is the key point, which should be supported by theory and data, plus its own "professional" analysis, perfect. In terms of format, I have gone through several detours: ① There should be no page number on the cover, which is probably a technical mistake. (2) the chart format should be beautiful, and it should not be a table for several consecutive pages, for example, don't post a report on the whole page. The chart cannot have an outer border, the data part of the table cannot have a horizontal line, and the upper and lower edges are 1.5 points. (3) Write an introduction in front, which mainly introduces the research background and research ideas. The research situation at home and abroad does not need to appear in the paper. One is that these are already in the literature review, and the other is that these duplicate checking rates are really super high. Finally write a summary. ④ References and acknowledgements have no titles, and special attention should be paid to the format of references.

(5) Check the weight ★

? Our school uses dimensional census and uploads PDF format, and the repetition rate is required to be below 30%. If you don't meet the requirements, you can't participate in the debate, and the requirement for excellent papers is below 20%. I paid myself once, and the Word version was 60%. Ah, doesn't this mean rewriting? So open the comparison report, the theoretical part is all red, and the case analysis is all red ... because all the information you can find is reviewed in the database, and the technical terms are within the scope of labeling. Don't think that you can get away with it by changing the word order without a few words. It doesn't exist.

? How can we reduce repetition rate? The answer is simple. Delete if you can (especially the fragments with high repetition rate), and change the words marked in red into synonyms. The duplicate checking rate of PDF will really be much lower than that of Word. So it took two days to successfully reduce it to 10%. Haha, I cried with joy.

(6) Defense

? I was really nervous before the defense. Now look at it. Really, nothing. Relax and treat it normally, but prepare carefully. Clothing etiquette can not only increase self-confidence, but also respect the defense teacher, giving people a feeling of "you attach great importance". Secondly, exchange etiquette, say hello to the teacher and begin to make a statement; When the teacher asks questions or points out problems, even if you are reasonable, listen to the teacher. Don't interrupt, don't talk back, or you will die miserably. We should also pay attention to this etiquette in our daily communication. Be modest and realistic. If you can, you will. If you can't, you won't. If there is no big problem, the defense teacher won't be too hard for you. Finally, almost all teachers will pay attention to the format of your paper. The format problem reflects your attitude, and the content problem reflects your level. ?
