Third, the influence of the law of market economy interests, a few people often link the power of law enforcement with their own interests, and the pursuit of their own interests is more important than the pursuit of fairness and justice. Fourth, under the influence of the feudal idea of rule by man, many people still confuse administrative personnel with judicial personnel, or illegally interfere with the judicial department to handle cases independently according to law, or have a serious idea of privilege, and are used to posing as "parents" and "managers". These conceptual deviations will inevitably lead to confusion in practice.

These five aspects are an organic whole, mutually conditional, mutually premise and complementary, which embodies the unity of the party's leadership, the people being the masters of the country and governing the country according to law.
