Secondly, communicate with parents through individual exchanges, home visits and other opportunities to understand parents' parenting methods and change some parents' educational concepts, so that parents can stand on the same starting line with us. For example, children in Luo Qi often refuse to go to kindergarten because of anorexia and crying. In response to this problem, our two teachers did not complain to parents, but praised the children's bright spots through communication with their families, gave them a chance to show off and helped them build their self-confidence.
We also exchange the telephone numbers of teachers, nurses and parents of children on the blackboard, creating conditions for parents and children to communicate with teachers and nurses by telephone. Parents usually communicate with each other when there are problems in study, life and education. Sometimes the teacher is busy at work, so parents can get in touch with the teacher by phone. Even during holidays, the telephone always connects teachers, children and parents closely.
Second, guide parents to tap their own potential educational resources and give play to the advantages of family education.

Teachers first make parents realize through various channels that they are great educational resources for young children.
