Under the new situation, the accelerated economic development has brought more severe challenges to enterprises. In order to adapt to the market and improve comprehensive competitiveness, enterprises need to carry out a series of reforms in management concepts and working methods. In view of the important role of trade unions in the development of enterprises, this paper will analyze the problems existing in trade union work in enterprises under the new situation and put forward corresponding solutions.
First, the problems existing in the work of trade unions in enterprises under the new situation
(A) misunderstanding of trade unions
At present, most enterprises in our country aim at making profits, without realizing the significance of trade union organization. When arranging trade union work, they usually regard it as party-mass work, which hinders trade union work. Ignoring the opinions of employees will not only reduce the enthusiasm of employees, but also lead to more and more problems, which will eventually have a serious impact; The lack of transparency in the supervision and management of trade union organizations leads to the inability to improve work efficiency; The work of trade unions is largely interfered by the administrative departments of enterprises, which is inconsistent with the working principles of trade unions.

The managers of large enterprises in China are directly appointed by the Party Committee, so there are trade union managers who can't get rid of the intervention of the administrative department and rely heavily on it, which reduces the authority of the trade union and leads to its failure to give full play to its role and eventually become a mere formality. This phenomenon leads to the weakening of trade union organizations, which will not only dampen the enthusiasm of trade union managers and workers, but also aggravate the infringement of trade union rights and interests by enterprises, which is not conducive to protecting the rights and interests of workers.
(C) insufficient awareness of rights protection
The main function of trade unions is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers, so trade unions need to take corresponding rights protection methods under the guidance of relevant laws and regulations to play their role. However, at present, enterprises do not attach importance to the trade union * * * group, and there are some problems such as failing to allocate funds to the trade union according to regulations, insufficient full-time staff of the trade union, and failing to hold professional meetings on time. This practice not only led to the reduction of trade union members, but also greatly weakened the status and execution of trade unions. When employees are dissatisfied with the treatment, they will seek the help of the trade union. However, due to the shortage of funds and personnel, the trade union can not implement the right to work well, which is unbalanced with the administrative power and obviously lacks the awareness and intensity of safeguarding rights.
Second, the new situation to do a good job in enterprise trade unions measures
(A) highlight responsibilities and solve problems
In trade union work, according to the main tasks and requirements of trade unions, we should highlight basic functions and improve the rationality of post setting. In view of the wide scope of trade union work, it is necessary to highlight basic responsibilities, strengthen supervision over workers and give play to the role of trade unions; Under the guidance of the trade union law, improve and perfect the work organization and management system of trade unions, and give full play to the exemplary leading role of trade union cadres; Strengthen the contact between party organizations at all levels and appropriately raise the requirements of trade unions for talent appointment; Pay attention to the training and management of employees and put forward targeted solutions.
Raise awareness of rights protection
Under the new situation, great changes have taken place in the employee structure of enterprises, and new things are constantly emerging, which has had a certain impact on the employees' thoughts. In this case, if there is unfairness in giving employees benefits, wages and political treatment, it will lead to interest disputes among employees and affect the normal operation and production of enterprises. Therefore, trade unions need to coordinate the relationship between employees, actively listen to the voices of employees, and organize employee representative meetings regularly and irregularly; On the premise of political fairness and equality, handle conflicts of interest among employees and properly resolve contradictions among employees; Pay attention to the work, life and thoughts of front-line workers and help them solve some practical problems in time; Take employees with low income levels and many practical difficulties as key rights protection targets, and comprehensively enhance the power of rights protection.
(3) improve working methods
Under the new situation, the market economy is unstable and may change at any time. In this case, enterprises need to innovate management consciousness and actively broaden their horizons in order to promote the development of enterprises with the times. For trade unions, employees need to understand the significance of trade union work; Improve the sense of innovation and strengthen the improvement of working ideas and methods; Trade union organizations need to break through the shackles of the traditional working mode and formulate targeted measures according to the actual situation to improve the adaptability of trade unions to the environment; Properly handle the relationship between trade unions and enterprise organizations and provide employees with opportunities to learn advanced working methods; Leaders need to establish correct values, actively learn relevant legal knowledge and promote the improvement of innovation consciousness.
(D) proceed from the overall situation
Trade union work should proceed from the overall situation and focus on enterprise work. Under the new situation, effective trade union work is the guarantee for the mutual promotion and coordinated development of trade unions and enterprises as a whole. Trade unions need to organize related activities, train employees' work skills and promote the efficiency of enterprises. Trade union managers should pay attention to the diversity of activities and improve the enthusiasm of employees; Provide labor protection for employees, strengthen production safety supervision, and ensure the personal safety of employees. In this process, we will give full play to the role of law enforcement supervision, regularly inspect labor protection measures and equipment and facilities, improve production standardization, and protect employees' rights and interests with labor law.
