Abstract: The China Securities Regulatory Commission conducted a survey on the demand and present situation of securities investment in rural areas, which aroused the public's serious discussion on the possibility of securities going to the countryside. This paper discusses a series of social and economic problems brought about by the popularization of "securities going to the countryside", as well as the adverse influence of the current securities market on "securities going to the countryside" and the restriction of local infrastructure conditions. At the same time, this paper also discusses farmers' financial management concept and investment mentality, and the limitations of implementing securitization in rural areas due to the overall financial environment in rural areas.
