But looking at their things, it seems that they are still groping halfway, that is, they are still groping for the specific business and processes of real estate enterprises and real estate projects; However, the real estate research institutions in universities still seem to be behind closed doors, with more emotion than skills and more effort spent on fame than on specific research. A few years ago, I read The Principles of American Real Estate, and found that there are few contents about real estate enterprises and project management, most of which are real estate sources, land rights, planning, finance, transactions and so on. At that time, I was very confused, but with the promulgation of the property law, I suddenly realized that the whole country had not figured out the principle of real estate, and was still crossing the river on the wrong road. After reading Principles of Real Estate, and then reading China's property law, you will feel cold-why are they stubborn and unrepentant? No matter what industry you are as an executive of a big company and what field you are responsible for, economics is basic knowledge, otherwise you will be incompetent-the executive is incompetent, and it is ok to be a small department manager. My major is related to management, so there is a specialized course in economics in the university. I also buy some books and read them from time to time at work. I studied hard for a period of time when I took the civil service exam, and I reread it because of love after the exam. But now I still have no idea about economics. The book knowledge in China seems to have been forgotten, or it can't guide me to analyze any economic problems at all. There are two books on the shelf of the company, Principles of Economics written by Peking University Press and American Man Kun. Every time I read these two thick books-macroeconomics volume and microeconomics volume, I can't bear to leave, because I still can't spare such a long time to read them carefully. People who do nothing all day are even less willing to spend precious time on their studies. They want to chat online, watch videos, play games and browse boring web pages to pass the boring day. Isn't the book written by China beautiful? Of course not. Don't you think I highly recommend Kai-fu Lee's autobiography "The World is Different for You"? I also highly recommend a series of books written by Linda, such as I have a dream, sweeping leaves for winter, crossing the night sky like a comet, and taking a book to Paris. Just looking at the name makes you feel very close, so naturally it is unconventional. Of course, for corporate executives, I would also like to recommend a book on finance: Managing Finance and Profitability-General Manager's Finance Course written by Shi Yongxiang. Unfortunately, the authors of these good books have an international knowledge background. The social and educational environment in China is difficult to cultivate people with creativity and substantial knowledge contribution-almost in any field. Because I have read too many books recently, and most of them are professional books that I urgently need to learn, Su San's New Interpretation of the Origin of Chinese Characters has just started, so it is not convenient for a layman to evaluate it. However, a person with a global vision, standing on the height of space to look at history, whether it is logic, method, viewpoint or inference, will bring us healthy enlightenment. A good book must be read carefully twice. Now reread the fifth discipline and believe in its essence-systematic thinking, establishment of learning organization, self-transcendence, improvement of mental model, establishment of common vision, etc. It will certainly be of great help to my future career.
