There are six ways to judge whether a paper is unqualified.

1, the author's scientific research ability is insufficient.

2. This paper lacks standardization.

3. The innovation and value of the paper are not high.

4. The quality of literature review is low.

5. The author's academic attitude and misconduct.

6. The significance and rigor of the topic selection are not enough.
