According to the reasonable range of transmission ratio recommended in manual P7 table 1, take the transmission ratio range I'a=3~5 of the first-stage reducer with cylindrical gear drive. If the V-belt transmission ratio I' 1=2~4, the timing range of the total transmission ratio is I'a=6~20. Therefore, the optional range of motor speed is n'd=I'a×.
N tube = (6 ~ 24) ×107.00 = 642 ~ 2140 rpm.
The synchronization speed in this range is 750, 1000 and 1500 rpm.

According to the capacity and speed, there are three suitable motor models from the relevant manuals: therefore, there are three transmission ratio schemes: as shown in the first table on page P 10 of the manual. Considering the size, weight and price of motor and transmission device, as well as the transmission ratio of belt drive and reducer, it can be seen that the second scheme is more suitable, so n= 1000r/min is selected.
4, determine the motor model
According to the motor type selected above, the required rated power and synchronous speed, the motor model is selected as Y 1 12M-6.
Its main performance: rated power: 2.2KW, full load speed of 940r/min, rated torque of 2.0.
