1, Introduction
Empty nesters have made outstanding contributions to China's socialist construction and economic development. However, with the growth of age, empty nesters gradually fade out of the social stage. At the same time, due to the particularity of empty nesters, they have become a special vulnerable group in our society, and with the deepening of the aging of our society, the scale of this special group is gradually increasing. At present, under the impetus of the national fitness campaign, it has been widely concerned by the whole society to organize adaptive physical fitness activities to improve the health level of empty nesters in view of their health problems.
However, the lack of infrastructure and organizational management personnel is the key factor that affects the organization and development of physical fitness activities for empty nesters. Among them, the lack of infrastructure is a * * * problem faced by the development of social sports in China, which has certain objectivity; However, the scarcity of organizational managers is relative. If we can effectively mobilize and integrate human resources related to society, this problem will be solved. Based on this, from the perspective of caring for the health of empty nesters, this paper explores innovative ways for college students to participate in social sports practice, aiming at fully mobilizing their sense of independent participation, participating in the organization and development of empty nesters' physical fitness activities as volunteers, and realizing the comprehensive innovation and development of college students' social sports practice in terms of content, form, motivation and value orientation on the basis of improving the health level of empty nesters.
2. The significance of college students' participation in social sports practice.
Under the guidance of the concept of quality education, the training goal of physical education in colleges and universities has changed from the traditional single-skilled talents to all-round talents with high comprehensive quality and ability. This requires college students to pay attention to the organic combination of theory and practice in the process of developing their own sports quality and ability, so as to realize the development and perfection of the quality and ability system. Since college students will directly participate in social sports activities after graduation, it is of great practical significance to actively encourage and guide students to participate in social sports practice activities independently during their study, so as to ensure that college students can adapt to the needs of social sports development as soon as possible, effectively integrate into social sports activities, and realize their all-round development and organic embodiment of their own values.

First of all, fully meet the needs of the development of quality education and promote the development of students' own sports quality and ability. Quality education pays attention to the development of students' comprehensive quality ability, so as to comprehensively improve students' social adaptability and practical ability and lay a solid foundation for their future self-development. Compared with physical education in colleges and universities, organizing and guiding students to participate in social sports practice activities can not only effectively test the teaching effect, but also promote students to constantly adjust, enrich and improve their own physical education quality and ability, thus realizing the organic combination of theory and practice.
Secondly, it is helpful to the integrated development of college physical education and social sports, and provides a basis for the determination of the development direction of college physical education teaching. College physical education is the most frequent and close link between school physical education and social sports. With the development of quality education and the popularization of national fitness, it has become an inevitable trend to realize the integration and development of college sports and social sports. Organizing college students to participate in social sports practice activities is undoubtedly a way to construct relevant media and provides a way to integrate college sports with social sports. Through the test of social sports practice, college students can find the deviation of their own sports quality and ability in time, and then put forward new development needs for college physical education teaching, thus providing reference and guidance for the determination of the development orientation of college physical education teaching.
Third, it can strengthen students' understanding and cognition of social sports and lay a solid foundation for their all-round self-development in the future. Through the personal practice of social sports, college students get all-round development in sensory experience and rational cognition, so that they have an essential understanding and cognition of the connotation, function and social effect of social sports, which plays an important role in promoting and maintaining college students' organic integration into social sports activities in the future, giving full play to their own quality and ability and realizing the embodiment of self-value.
3. The current situation of college students' social sports practice.
Looking at the current situation of college students' social sports practice activities, it can be summarized as "not optimistic" The specific manifestations are as follows: First, the organizational system with adaptability and effectiveness has not yet been built. From the perspective of quality education, students' participation in social sports practice is an indispensable key link in the process of learning sports skills and building quality system, which needs to be guaranteed by a perfect organizational system. The construction of this organizational system can only be achieved through the participation of college sports and social sports. However, the so-called social sports practice of college students at this stage is only reflected in the single form of extracurricular sports activities in colleges and universities, which limits the scope of students' activities to the campus and lacks contact with social sports, which is a kind of "behind closed doors" behavior; Secondly, in order to create convenient conditions for students to participate in sports practice, colleges and universities have established various school sports associations or clubs, which can not only effectively meet the needs of students to participate in sports activities, but also play an important role in improving students' interest in participating and forming participation cohesion. However, the activities of these societies or clubs are limited to exchanges on campus or between schools, which are completely divorced from social sports. This formal restriction makes a huge gap between the actual effect of students' sports practice activities and the needs of social sports development; Thirdly, organizing college students to participate in social sports practice activities is not only an important means to test the effect of their sports quality and ability system construction, but also plays an important role in perceiving the important social value of social sports through participating in social sports practice activities, thus cultivating students' sense of social responsibility. However, due to the obvious limitations of college students' participation in sports practice at this stage, they can't really "go out of campus and enter the society", which leads to the passing of important functions of social sports practice and reduces the social practice value of college students' sports practice.
4. Looking at the innovative ways of college students' social sports practice from caring for the health of empty nesters.
4. 1 Strengthen contact and communication with the community, and earnestly grasp the demands of empty nesters to participate in physical fitness activities.
Compared with empty nesters, the community is the basic organization to implement the policy of benefiting the people, and it is also the functional department to solve its practical problems. At present, it is another important responsibility of the community to organize and carry out sports activities for the empty nesters and promote the all-round development of their health level, which not only expands the development field of mass sports in China, but also provides a brand-new choice for college students to participate in social sports practice activities. This requires colleges and universities to strengthen contact and communication with the community, organize students to go deep into the community, conduct a comprehensive survey of the natural conditions of the empty nesters with the assistance and guidance of the community, understand the health status of the empty nesters, earnestly grasp the sports fitness demands of this special group, and then formulate an adaptive organization and development plan for sports fitness activities, so as to improve the effectiveness of college students' participation in social sports practice under the premise of improving the health level of the empty nesters.
4.2 Establish the "Volunteer Association of Sports Fitness Counselors for Empty Nest Elderly" in colleges and universities, and organize related sports fitness "helping" activities.
At present, the "bottleneck" problem of organizing and developing empty nesters' physical fitness activities lies in the serious lack of organization, management and tutors. Empty nesters are a special group. Because of their physical and psychological weakness, they put forward special requirements for physical fitness activities, not only to ensure the effectiveness of fitness, but also to ensure the personal safety of the elderly. Therefore, there is an urgent need for auxiliary personnel with certain professional quality and ability. In view of this, colleges and universities are required to set up a "volunteer association of sports fitness counselors for empty nesters", calling on students to actively participate, awakening their volunteer consciousness and cultivating their related abilities. By establishing a regular organization system, college students can be organized to "help" the physique of empty nesters in their spare time or holidays. College students are required not only to be qualified instructors for empty nesters' physical fitness activities, but also to participate in the construction of related organizational systems, the research and creation of related activities, and the formulation of security measures, so as to comprehensively improve the participation effect of students' social sports practice activities.
4.3 Call on and encourage students to follow the principle of "inheritance and development" and realize the effective inheritance of the excellent moral character of the Chinese nation of "love without borders".
Caring for vulnerable groups, solving social hot issues, eliminating social contradictions and promoting the purification and harmony of social environment are the mainstream trends of social development in China at present. Empty nesters used to be the backbone of China's socialist construction and economic development, but after their old age, they lived a lonely life due to the lack of family ties and became a special vulnerable group in our society. Therefore, improving their health level and creating favorable conditions for them to spend their old age peacefully are not only the needs of the construction and development of a harmonious socialist society, but also the inheritance and development of the excellent moral character of "great love without borders" inherited by the Chinese nation for thousands of years.
Based on this, in the process of organizing college students to participate in social sports practice activities and helping empty nesters to carry out physical fitness activities, we should call on the majority of students to adhere to the principle of "inheritance and development" and realize the effective inheritance of the excellent moral character of the Chinese nation. This is not only an important foundation for the sustainable development of our society, but also an organic expansion of the social function of physical education in colleges and universities. In the process of participating in social sports practice, college students can effectively improve their moral cultivation on the basis of comprehensively promoting their own sports quality and ability development.
