Construction and effect analysis of environmental engineering practice base
In order to meet the social requirements for talent training in colleges and universities, CDIO mode is introduced, and the practice base of environmental engineering specialty is established by combining the teaching resources of the school. After extensive investigation, it is proved that the operation mode of the practice base is reasonable, which has played a great role in cultivating students' practical ability and improving their employment competitiveness, and has been well received by students and society.

Practice teaching is an important part of the whole teaching process in colleges and universities, especially for engineering majors, which plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students' engineering practice ability and innovative spirit. In order to meet the needs of higher education reform in the 2 1 century, talent training is closer to the market and society. We introduced the CDIO model, combined with the teaching resources of the school, and established the practice base of environmental engineering specialty. ① Since the establishment of the base in 2007, the operation effect is good, which has created a new way for students to experiment, practice and practice, and the trained graduates can enter, use and stay in the enterprise. At the same time, it also explored a new way for the school to combine Industry-University-Research, and achieved remarkable results.
1 reform practice of establishing practice base in school
1. 1 Follow the CDIO model to reform practical teaching.
CDIO engineering education mode is the latest achievement of international engineering education reform in recent years. CDIO advocates conception, design, implementation and operation, which enables students to learn and practice in a positive, practical and organic way. By introducing CDIO mode, the construction of practice base is planned as a whole, which changes the traditional laboratory mode of basic experiment, verification experiment and a small number of comprehensive experiments, and integrates students' practice teaching. The base fully undertakes the experiment, practice and training process that students majoring in environmental engineering need to complete in different semesters, and forms a multi-level and multi-professional practice teaching system.
1.2 complete practical teaching effect supported by facilities
In recent years, the practice base has continuously increased equipment to provide students with various types of miniaturized pollutant treatment devices and environmental monitoring instruments. Up to now, the supporting experiments of students' professional courses in school, including large-scale analytical instruments for environmental monitoring, microbial culture and reproduction, microscopic examination of environmental microorganisms, process devices of various water treatment methods in water pollution control projects, monitoring and treatment of atmosphere, soil, solid waste and noise, can be completed in the practice base. A large number of open, designed experiments and comprehensive practice training projects have been set up in the practice base to provide students with all kinds of sewage and waste gas that may be encountered in actual production and life as experimental objects, and students themselves monitor the composition and content of pollutants and determine the treatment scheme. The whole process from pollution prevention, monitoring and evaluation to pollution control research is completed by students themselves. Multi-specialty, multi-workshop and multi-post cooperation mode completely simulates the production practice of environmental protection enterprises, so that the skills mastered by students can better meet the needs of employers. To a certain extent, the employment competitiveness of students has been improved.
1.3 to serve the society and form an integrated model of Industry-University-Research.
At the same time of teaching, the practice base combines school with society, teaching with production practice to form an overall linkage model, so that students can directly face the actual production process. ② The practice base provides paid pollutant treatment services for small enterprises and residential areas around the school, and the students' experimental samples are all from the actual production and life process. It not only solves the cost problem of pollution control in surrounding areas, but also conforms to the reality of practical teaching, and students and teachers can also conduct scientific research. A new model of Industry-University-Research combination has been formed.
2 Practice effect analysis
According to our investigation and analysis of more than 200 undergraduate students and 10 graduate students majoring in environmental engineering in 2005, the construction and operation of the experimental base in environmental engineering school can be seen as 438+0 1. Mainly reflected in the following two aspects.
2. 1 Students' recognition of the teaching mode of practice base
We put the practical teaching of environmental engineering undergraduates in grades 06, 07, 08 and 09 into the practice base, with about 50 students in each session. The design experiments or comprehensive training programs provided by the base have been welcomed by the majority of students and benefited a lot. In order to test the operation effect of the base, we designed a questionnaire survey, distributed 98 questionnaires to the environmental engineering undergraduates of grade 07 and grade 08, and recovered 95 questionnaires, with a recovery rate of 96.94%. All the questionnaires collected are valid, and the statistical results are shown in table 1.
According to the survey results of the practice base, students show great interest in the new practical teaching methods, and think that through multi-level experiments and training projects, their knowledge has been expanded, their practical work ability and multidisciplinary comprehensive analysis ability have been improved, especially their post cooperation ability has been greatly improved. For some students, the new practice mode is more difficult, the experimental time is basically appropriate (acceptable), and the experimental working conditions of the practice base basically meet the requirements. Generally speaking, the teaching mode of practice base has basically achieved the expected purpose.

2.2 Graduates' feedback on the teaching mode of practice base
A questionnaire survey was conducted among the graduates of 20 10-20 1 1, focusing on whether the teaching of practice base is helpful to students' employment and practical work. * * * Questionnaire 100 was distributed, and 76 questionnaires were recovered, with a recovery rate of 76.00%. Among the collected questionnaires, 73 were valid. The statistical results are shown in Table 2.

From the survey results of graduates, it can be seen that the practical teaching in the base not only enhances the students' ability to integrate theory with practice, but also enhances their employment competitiveness to some extent. Graduates generally believe that through the practice in the base, their ability to adapt to different jobs has been improved, and their performance in the internship period is far better than that of other interns in the same period, and they also have certain abilities in post cooperation and scientific research innovation.
Through the investigation and feedback of the employing enterprises, it is known that the satisfaction rate of the enterprises is very high for the students trained through the practice of the base. Graduates can quickly adapt to their jobs, solve problems independently, coordinate and cooperate with various departments, deal with emergencies and participate in scientific research and innovation. , has been fully recognized and become an indispensable engineering and technical talent for enterprises.
