Article 2: Ideological and political conditions

(a) the annual assessment is basically competent or below or the unit is in informed criticism, and the application is delayed 1 year;

(2) Those who have been given a demerit, or who are directly responsible for the second-and third-class medical accidents, will be delayed for 2 years;

(3) Those who practise fraud, forge academic qualifications and plagiarize others' achievements will be suspended for three years;

Article 3: Academic qualifications and qualifications

One of the following conditions must be met:

Article 4: Foreign Language Conditions

Article 6: Professional and technical work experience (ability) conditions

Article 7: Conditions for Performance Results

During the current term, the following conditions must be met:

(a) conscientiously perform their duties, successfully complete the task, outstanding performance;

(two) to obtain one of the following scientific and technological achievements with high academic value in this major:

1. The main person who won the scientific and technological achievement award at or above the city (department) level (subject to the award certificate);

2. The main participants in scientific research projects above the city (hall) level (the top three, subject to the project declaration), the project implementation is good, and the phased results have been achieved;

3. The person in charge of the scientific research project initiated by the municipal health administrative department (subject to the project application), and the project implementation is good, and preliminary results have been achieved;

Article 8: Conditions for Papers and Works

(a) published works 1 more (main author or editor-in-chief, deputy editor-in-chief), published papers in professional journals at or above the provincial level 1 more;

(two) published 1 above works (the main author) and published more than 2 papers in professional journals at or above the provincial level;

(three) published more than three papers in professional journals at or above the provincial level;

(four) published two papers in professional journals at or above the provincial level and read more than two papers at academic conferences at or above the provincial level;

(five) published papers 1 in professional journals above the provincial level, and read more than two papers at academic conferences above the provincial level (this paragraph is only applicable to the personnel of county or township medical and health units).

Article 9: Exceptions

He is really talented, knowledgeable, outstanding achievements during his tenure, and has made great breakthroughs in academic and clinical nursing technology. Although he does not have the required education (or degree), he has been employed as a nurse in charge for more than 5 years after obtaining the qualification of nurse in charge; Or have a prescribed education (or degree), and have been employed as a nurse in charge for more than 3 years after obtaining the qualification of a nurse in charge. (a) to obtain scientific and technological achievements with high academic value in this major, one of the following conditions shall be met:

1. The main person who won the first and second prizes of national, provincial (ministerial) level scientific and technological achievements or the municipal (departmental) level scientific and technological achievements (subject to the award certificate);

2. The winners of the third prize of scientific and technological achievements at the city (hall) level 1 or above (the top three, subject to the award certificate).

(2) Publicly publishing papers and works with high academic value in a certain professional field, which meets one of the following conditions:

1. Published more than 1 article (main author or editor-in-chief and deputy editor-in-chief), and published more than 2 papers in professional journals above the provincial level (including national 1 article);

2 published more than 4 papers in professional journals at or above the provincial level (including more than 2 national journals).

Article 10: supplementary provisions

(1) Those who meet the above conditions and submit the materials specified in Articles 2, 3 (or 9), 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 may apply for the qualification of deputy director of nursing, and submit the evaluation according to the prescribed procedures, otherwise the personnel (vocational reform) departments at all levels will not accept it, and the jury will not review it;
