How to modify the reference format in endnotes
Endnote can automatically add references in the process of writing English papers and reduce the workload. When you need to change the format of an English journal after writing a manuscript according to the format of the journal, you need to copy and modify the format of all the references inserted with endnotes. Endnote format modification: 1. Open the Word document whose format needs to be modified. In Endnote X7 in the menu bar, you can see that the current reference format number is 2. Click the drop-down arrow to the right of styles under Endnote X7 in the Word menu bar, select another style 3, find the name of the journal to be modified in the pop-up dialog box, and then select OK 4. At this point, you can see that the reference format in Word will become the format required by nature. The small corner mark in the text and the display content of the last reference have changed. 5. If you don't use this method, you can't directly modify the format of references in or behind the text. The next time you use endnote, the format will automatically change to the original format. Tip: Before the association between Endnote and word is finalized, you can't format it, so you can modify the format of the reference at any time.
