Bachelor's degree is the name of the degree awarded at the undergraduate stage of higher education. In the degree structure of our country, it is a basic degree, which is awarded by an institution of higher learning authorized by the State Council. It is a kind of degree awarded by the degree-conferring unit according to the provisions of People's Republic of China (PRC) Academic Degrees Regulations, in which the graduates of national education series have obtained excellent average scores and graduation thesis in the courses they have taken, and passed the unified foreign language examination organized or recognized by the provincial education department, and participated in the "main course" examination organized by the degree-conferring unit.
