I. Responsibilities of participants

In order to carry out research work smoothly, steadily and solidly, the responsibilities of researchers are as follows:

1. The members of the research group must be teachers nominated by the school, voluntarily and consciously abide by the various systems of the research group, actively participate in research activities, complete the planning and summary of each stage as required, and strive to complete the research task.

2. Researchers should seriously study modern educational theories, understand the significance of information education, consciously change their concepts, strengthen professional quality training and improve their research level.

3. The members of the research group should have a strong sense of responsibility and rigorous work attitude, earnestly perform their duties, participate in research activities on time, and must not be absent or late. Those who have been absent for three consecutive times or accumulated for five times are deemed to have withdrawn from the research group automatically and no longer enjoy the treatment of scientific researchers.

4. Scientific researchers should have a sense of accomplishment, make more achievements in the research process and make good achievements. At least one or two papers will be awarded or published every year, and copied to the teacher in charge of materials.

5. Every Monday morning, concentrate on activity time, study theory, and study the textbook organization, teaching methods and lesson plan design of main researchers. In the first week of each month, analyze and evaluate the research content, progress and effectiveness, discuss and exchange research experience, check last month's work and arrange recent work.

Second, the division of labor of researchers

In order to strengthen the process management of research work, the subject consists of leading group, expert advisory group and research group. In order to make the task of researchers clear, easy to operate and help to better combine responsibility, right and benefit, this management system is formulated as follows:

1. The leading group should strengthen the supervision and inspection of the research process, find problems and correct them in time, and provide the necessary research environment, time and funds.

2. The expert advisory group shall give guidance to the school at least once every period, listen to the report of the research group, and conduct on-the-spot investigation and guidance, so that the research can be carried out in depth in the right direction.

3. The research group consists of the leader of the teaching and research group and the leader of the competent department.

4. All members of the research group should unite and cooperate, with a clear division of labor, and each person often exchanges and summarizes the research content, progress, experience and lessons, and research experience. For the difficulties in the work, the whole group tried every means to overcome them to ensure that the research work was carried out as planned.

5. Division of labor of the research team:

Researcher (Tian Dongyu): Responsible for the design and production of some teaching plans and electronic teaching materials, data collection and storage, and providing the normal operation of the experimental environment such as hardware, software and network.

Main researcher (Yang Zhi): Write the scheme, preside over the research, assign the research tasks of the researchers, design and produce some teaching plans and electronic teaching materials in the research, and contact the competent departments of the research. Chief researcher (Zhang Hongan): Design and make some teaching plans and electronic teaching materials, collect and save data, and collect courseware and students' works in research.

Chief researcher (Yang Lili): Supervise and inspect the research process, provide human and material support and participate in the research work.

Chief researcher (Qu Chuxiang): Manage the research process as a whole and participate in the research work of the subject.

Chief researcher (Wu Shengqi): provide human and material support, participate in research work, and pay attention to research at any time.

Chief researcher (Yang Zhi): Responsible for planning and arranging the research process, checking the implementation of research tasks and participating in the research.
