This semester, the three major groups in our campus focus on curriculum reform and classroom teaching. A variety of teaching and research activities have been carried out, and efforts have been made to implement the concept of new curriculum standards in practical teaching. Chinese teachers devote themselves to study, participation and practice with unprecedented enthusiasm, forming a rich discussion atmosphere. The new round of curriculum reform has brought about great changes in teaching concepts, teaching contents and teaching methods. In the face of sudden changes, all Chinese teachers are deeply aware that without a solid theoretical foundation and timely updated educational concepts, it is easy to get lost in the wave of reform and be at a loss in the face of complex problems.

First, learn new educational theories and policies, and make theory the forerunner of work.

All Chinese teachers mainly use their spare time after work to learn various educational and teaching theories through self-study. Over the past semester, teachers have written as many as 28 articles about their learning experience, and they have collective communication with subject groups (once every two weeks) and regular communication with grade groups. Through study and communication, we realize that modern Chinese teaching must be guided by scientific research and we must understand the advantages and disadvantages of each teaching method. Only in this way can our teaching avoid detours and follow blindly. To this end, at the beginning of this semester, we organized two teachers from Grade One to Grade Three to participate in the training of new curriculum standards and textbooks held by the teaching and research section, which made the teachers clear the distinctive concept, brand-new framework, clear objectives and effective guidance of Chinese curriculum standards, which was the new development of revising the syllabus, and made clear the stage objectives of the teaching section and the intention of revising the textbooks, so as to achieve the overall grasp and targeted purpose at the beginning of teaching. Many teachers have turned this understanding into conscious action. Everyone reads with questions, combines teaching practice, truly applies what they have learned, and transforms the new ideas and methods they have mastered into their usual teaching behavior. Many teachers also write papers, essays and case studies based on their own opinions, experiences and reflections in teaching practice.

Second, take the classroom as the main channel of curriculum reform and deepen the classroom teaching reform.

Changing ideas is the foundation, but what is important is the change of teachers' teaching behavior and teaching methods. Classroom is the main channel of curriculum reform, and teachers' participation is the key. Otherwise, no matter how the textbook is changed and the concept is new, it will be of no help. Therefore, our school has made great efforts to carry out classroom teaching reform, promote Excellence and help the new, and achieved initial results.

1. In the second week of school, the head of the department went deep into the classroom to understand the basic situation of teachers' teaching, summarize the existing problems and report them to the guidance office to make the next lecture plan in a targeted manner.

2. From the 5th week to the 8th week, teachers will listen to each other, show their teaching styles through communication, and test the achievements of classroom teaching reform. Before each activity, the guidance office should make a good activity plan, require teachers of the same subject group to participate in lectures and evaluation, fill in the feedback form of mutual lectures, and summarize the lectures of this subject group in time.

3. All Chinese teachers should understand students' cognitive level from scratch, search for materials, prepare lessons carefully, strive to create a relaxed and pleasant learning atmosphere, stimulate interest, teach students knowledge, teach them to seek knowledge, cooperate and compete, cultivate students' correct learning attitude, good learning habits and methods, and make students learn interesting, practical and benefit from 40 minutes; We should design rich homework, teaching methods and analysis of learning situation in different levels, do routine work well, do all the work in teaching well, do a good job in unit clearance and mid-term quality inspection, and really take examinations as a means to promote students' all-round development and teachers' improvement and teaching. Follow-up research on five students before and after class, carefully analyze the test papers, analyze each student's situation, find the breakthrough point of future teaching, check and fill the gaps, cultivate the best and choose the best, and base on the classroom. At the end of the term, we held a writing grading activity. And through the same teaching materials, the same group of teachers to prepare lessons collectively, so that the Chinese classroom becomes more lively and interesting;

Thirdly, taking teaching activities as the carrier, it provides a platform for teachers to show themselves.

The activities of the teaching and research group can effectively activate the teaching and research of the subject, create an atmosphere of interactive dialogue, cause reflection among teachers, and help teachers to realize the renewal of ideas, the change of ideas and the change of behavior. This semester, the teaching and research group carefully organized the following activities in line with the principle that activities should be refined rather than excessive:

1, "Teaching design-lecture evaluation-classroom practice-lecture evaluation discussion" open teaching series discussion activities. Based on the guiding ideology of school teaching development, teachers' professional development and students' multiple intelligence development, various class activities are held to promote the in-depth development of classroom teaching reform. Such as: young teachers' classroom teaching competition, classroom teaching exchange competition month and so on. Through various forms of competitions, young teachers' teaching design ability and classroom control ability have been greatly improved. A group of young experimental teachers are willing to study hard, dare to break through and stand out in the competition class.

2. Teachers' forum activities: Focusing on the changes of teachers' teaching behaviors and students' learning styles under the new curriculum standards, with the theme of "I am walking with the curriculum reform", talk about teachers' real experiences, discuss the hot spots and focus issues in the curriculum reform, and understand the difficult issues in education and teaching.

3. The "mentoring system" trains young teachers. Young teachers are the new force of the school in the future. The school will continue to provide various on-the-job training activities for young teachers and arrange guidance activities. This semester, we young teachers are required to take the lead in renewing teaching concepts, improving learning taste, being pioneers of "curriculum reform" and making efforts to do well: ① self-study and taking notes. (2) Collect relevant information extensively with problems and constantly solve new problems. (3) Promote young teachers' online learning and active communication with the help of modern educational technology. This semester, I participated in an open class that can reflect my own level. ⑥ Do a good job of "mentoring", clarify the responsibilities of mentoring, and promote the continuous improvement of the teaching level of apprentices through mentoring, teaching and scientific research. ⑦ Write a high-quality reflection on teaching experience or case analysis at the end of the term. ⑧ Strive to stand out from the competition in related disciplines and achieve good results.

4. Always watch the video lessons of famous teachers, learn from others, constantly improve their professional quality, and constantly explore and accumulate, so that teachers can grow in teaching. This school year, we held many classes, such as observation class, demonstration class, discussion class, etc. All the teachers helped each other, learned from each other, and learned from each other's strengths. So that there are no weak soldiers in excellent lots. On every teaching open day in the school, there are always a large number of teachers in our department actively participating and offering a large number of high-quality classes, which have made contributions to the teaching work of the school.

Fourth, the implementation of conventional teaching management, improve the teaching management mechanism.

Since the beginning of school, we have always adhered to teaching as the center, strengthened management, further standardized teaching behavior, and strived for the organic combination of routine and innovation, which has promoted the formation of a good teaching style of teachers that is rigorous, solid, efficient and scientific, and a good study style of students that is earnest, diligent, realistic and exploratory. Evaluate from the following points:

1, self-inspection-management, and strive to embody the people-oriented thinking. Each teacher is required to check whether all his professional performances are standardized and appropriate according to the relevant system.

2, mutual observation-led by the team leader, mutual observation and communication between team members, learn from each other, strengthen random teaching and research.

3, school inspection-random inspection: managers enter the classroom (notice class, push the door to listen to lectures, follow-up lectures), attend classes, read lesson plans, check homework, check students' study habits, attitudes, effects and other one-stop inspections. 4. Adhere to the weekly activities of the teaching and research group, correct the omissions, draw a brick to attract jade, feedback the assessment situation, quantify the routine links in the activities of the teaching and research group, increase the transparency of the assessment, strictly, meticulously and realistically grasp the routine work, and promote a virtuous circle of teaching management.

We also earnestly adhere to the "weekly inspection and monthly report" system. Through inspection and supervision, the quality of teachers' lesson preparation has been effectively improved, and all teachers have developed good lesson preparation and office habits. This semester, I learned from the continuous weekly and monthly inspections that teachers can carefully prepare each class, especially writing on the blackboard, designing exercises and asking questions, and even making detailed "teaching postscript" records to facilitate targeted teaching in the future. A number of outstanding teachers have emerged: Tan Xiuxia, Liang Linying, Wen Runxiao, and How many teachers have prepared their lessons carefully and with high quality. Most teachers assign a moderate amount of homework, which can highlight key points and difficulties. Homework has clear requirements, and most students have formed good habits, and their writing is standardized and neat. Teachers are also very careful in correcting homework and can correct mistakes in time. Classroom assignments are carefully corrected, especially by teachers Zeng Zhichang, Xiang Yanping and Li Yan, and five-star awards and homework comments are introduced into the assignments. Teacher Huang corrects the assignments seriously and promptly, and corrects the compositions carefully. Correcting homework in time and recording the inspection situation is one of the main basis for evaluating teachers at the end of the term. Whether correcting homework or designing teaching plans, the purpose is to make the classroom lively and good!
