1. After the formal defense, the degree applicant will make amendments according to the opinions and suggestions put forward by the members of the defense committee, fill in the Feedback Form of Thesis Modification after Defense of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (hereinafter referred to as the Feedback Form, see the annex for details), and submit the Feedback Form together with the final degree thesis to the tutor and tutor group for review.

2. Tutors and tutors' leaders put forward clear opinions on the revision of the dissertation, which can only be submitted to the degree evaluation sub-committee for consideration after approval.

3. According to the original papers and feedback forms, the degree evaluation sub-committee gives opinions on whether to modify them according to experts' opinions after review, so as to meet the requirements of applying for degrees. Those who meet the conditions for conferring degrees shall be submitted to academic degree evaluation committee for deliberation; If it is not amended according to the opinions, it shall make a resolution to amend and reply within a time limit.

4. Each training unit is responsible for archiving the feedback form. The filing period is three years after the degree is awarded, and the academic degree evaluation committee office of the school conducts random checks.

Students who participate in graduation thesis defense must meet certain conditions, namely:

1. must be fresh graduates who have completed all the courses prescribed by institutions of higher learning and previous students who meet the relevant regulations and have been approved by the school.

2. All the courses that students have studied must be tested and passed; In a school that implements the credit system, students must obtain credits that the school allows them to graduate.

3. The graduation thesis written by students must be guided by a tutor, who signed and agreed to participate in the defense.

The above three conditions must be met at the same time, and both are indispensable. Only college students who meet the above three conditions are eligible to participate in the graduation thesis defense. On the other hand, college students who meet the above three conditions, except those who are approved under special circumstances, must defend their thesis, and they are not allowed to graduate until the defense is passed.
