Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous advancement of industrialization, the demand of the automobile market is constantly expanding. Developing new energy vehicles is an inevitable choice to promote the transformation of energy structure and the sustainable development of automobile industry. In order to accurately identify the users' demand in the new energy vehicle market, improve the service ability and market competitiveness of new energy vehicle enterprises, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the automobile industry, firstly, the consumers' demand for buying new energy vehicles is obtained through unstructured interviews, and then the 17 psychological demand of consumers for buying new energy vehicles is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by using Carnot model, and a demand model is constructed, and targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve users' satisfaction. The results show that safety, energy saving, environmental protection and high-quality after-sales service are essential attributes, endurance and price are expected attributes, tax relief and government financial subsidies are attractive attributes, and the promotion of new energy electric vehicles by the government and enterprises is indistinguishable. The policy improvement of the new energy automobile industry can be gradually promoted in the order of safety, after-sales service, endurance, infrastructure construction and enterprise publicity.
