Abstract: The development of modern logistics industry is closely related to the world economic growth. As an important part of modern logistics chain, port plays an increasingly important role in modern integrated logistics system with its unique location advantages and infrastructure advantages. Efficient modern logistics has become an important support for regional economic development and industrial structure upgrading, and port logistics can also become the focus of research in different countries and regions. As one of the important ports in China, Xiamen should play the leading role on the west side of the Taiwan Strait, give full play to the radiation and concentration functions of the port, and serve both sides of the Taiwan Strait and the whole country. This paper hopes to explore the direction of this paper through the investigation and analysis of Xiamen's construction as a container hub port.
