What is the stamping process?
Stamping process: in the continuous stamping die of multi-station progressive die, the workpiece of the nail arranging machine is stamped downwards to complete the calendering and welding processes. The manufacturer of stamping equipment should improve the product design to ensure the safety and reliability of stamping equipment.

2 Install protective devices. Due to the small production batch, safety protection devices must be installed in stamping operations that can neither be automated nor use safety stamping tools to prevent injury accidents caused by operational errors. All kinds of protective devices have different characteristics and application scope, and improper use will still cause injury accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to know the functions of various protective devices in order to use them correctly and ensure the safety of operation.

3. Reform the process, mold and operation mode to realize off-mold operation. For mass production, we can start with the reform of technology and mold to realize mechanization and automation. For example, combined process measures such as automation, multi-station stamping machinery and equipment, multi-tool marking and mechanized feeding and production equipment, continuous die and compound die are adopted. These not only ensure the safety of stamping operation, but also greatly improve the production efficiency.
