1. Open the Word document, and the editing page of the Word document will appear. Click "Insert" in the menu bar, as shown in the figure below.
2. In the Insert function module, click the Table button below to insert a table of any size, as shown in the following figure.
3. Click on the sign in the upper left corner of the form and select the whole form, as shown in the figure below.
4. Click the drop-down list button in the design sub-module of the form tool in the menu bar, as shown in the figure below.
5. In the Word table style that appears, find and click any "three-line table style", as shown in the following figure.
6. Set the three-line table style of the table, and then click Save word document, as shown in the figure below.
