Listen to opinions and discuss papers
There is no contradiction between believing in yourself and listening to others' opinions. You can have absolute confidence, but you won't be stubborn and blocked. Self-confidence is a temperament, from the inside out. Generally speaking, only when the "internal force" is absolutely strong can we have enough self-confidence (from the inside out). A confident person can patiently listen to other people's opinions, even if he criticizes them (if there is something, he will correct it, and if there is nothing, he will be calm, which is also called calm. People who have no internal force often show "self-confidence" as pride and publicity, turn a deaf ear to other people's opinions and only know how to build a car behind closed doors. From a higher perspective, I think it can be understood this way. Self-confidence represents the ability to be objective, calm, learn and improve, and is not self-centered.
