1, if the tower crane height exceeds the specified limit and the wall attachment device is not installed, deduct 10.

The performance, load and stress of each tower crane are different, so the attachment height is different. Generally, the instruction manual of tower crane has clear regulations on the height of the attached wall, which must be strictly implemented according to the regulations.

2. If the safety of the wall-attached device does not meet the requirements of the manual, 3-7 points will be deducted.

The installation of wall-attached equipment should pay attention to the following six aspects:

(1) Attached wall has the following two forms.

The included angle between the pole attached to the wall and the building should be 45-60 degrees. As for which way to adopt, it depends on the structure of tower crane and building.

(2) The connection between the pole attached to the wall and the building must be firm, so as to ensure that the tower does not produce relative movement during hoisting operation. When punching holes in buildings to connect with wall-attached poles, the aperture should be commensurate with the diameter of the connecting bolts. The attachment rods, connecting bolts and pins for sectional splicing must be installed completely, and the fixing of connectors should meet the requirements.

(3) The verticality deviation of tower crane is 3‰ at the free height and 1‰ after the attached wall is installed.

(4) When the tower crane does not exceed the allowable free height, and the bearing capacity of the foundation is weak or the wind is strong, in order to avoid accidents such as uneven settlement of the foundation caused by excessive bending distance of the tower crane, the attachment device must be installed in advance.

(5) Because the wall-attached pole can only be in tension and compression, but not in bending, its length should be adjustable, and the general adjustment range is 200mm.

(6) The tower crane attached to the wall must be installed close to the column or cast-in-place column of the cabinet frame.

3. If the length of the wall-attached pole exceeds the length specified in the manual, and there is no design calculation, it will be deducted 10.

When the pole attached to the wall exceeds the length specified in the manual, the following changes will occur:

(1) The bending moment and torque of the wall-attached pole will increase and need to be redesigned and calculated.

(2) The form of attachment may change with the increase of stress;

(3) The strength of the attachment point of the building needs to be redesigned and calculated due to the increase of stress.

4. If the internal climbing tower is not fixed as required in the manual, it will be deducted 10.

Internal climbing tower cranes are generally installed in buildings and need to climb once every 1-2 floor, which is suitable for the construction of high-rise buildings with frame structures. However, after the construction is completed, the folding assembly is more complicated, and this fixing method is rarely used on site.

The fixing of internal climbing tower crane should be designed according to the internal structure of the building. The fixing of different structures is very different, and it must be fixed in strict accordance with the requirements of the manual.
