Senior economist is one of the titles of China. The evaluation of senior economist qualification adopts the way of combining examination with evaluation. Anyone who applies to participate in the qualification evaluation of senior economist must pass the business examination of senior economist qualification organized by the whole province. Senior economist should separate qualification evaluation from post appointment. With a doctorate, or intermediate qualification, engaged in professional and technical work for 3 years, in line with the deputy senior or part of the deputy senior qualifications, according to the prescribed procedures to apply for evaluation of the deputy senior or part of the deputy senior.
Economic professional and technical qualifications shall be subject to a unified national examination system, with unified organization, unified outline, unified examination questions and unified grading standards. The qualification examination is divided into two levels: the primary qualification of economic major and the intermediate qualification of economic major. Those who pass the examination will obtain the corresponding professional and technical qualifications, and the Ministry of Personnel will issue a certificate of conformity.
Senior economist exam registration conditions:
1, doctor's degree, engaged in the professional work for more than 2 years after obtaining the qualification of economist.
2, master's degree, after obtaining the qualification of economist, engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years.
3, bachelor degree, after obtaining the qualification of economist, engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years.
4. Engaged in the professional work 15 years or more after obtaining the college degree, and engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years after obtaining the qualification of economist.
