Qian Xuesen was born in Shanghai. His ancestral home is in Lin 'an, Hangzhou, Zhejiang. He graduated from national chiao tung university and California Institute of Technology. Academician of China Academy of Sciences and China Academy of Engineering, winner of China's "Two Bombs and One Satellite" Meritorious Medal. He has the reputation of "the father of China's space flight", "the father of Chinese missiles", "the father of China's automation control" and "the king of rockets".
2. Deng Jiaxian {1924.6.25—1986.7.29}
Han nationality was born in a scholarly family in Huaining County, Anhui Province. Deng Jiaxian graduated from The National SouthWest Associated University, and then studied at Purdue University in the United States, where he received a doctorate in physics. He is an academician of China Academy of Sciences, a famous nuclear physicist and scientist. Deng Jiaxian designed China's atomic bomb and hydrogen bomb, known as the "father of the two bombs".

Founder of geomechanics in China, one of the main leaders and founders of modern earth science and geological work in China.

5. Li Fanghua
Academician Li Fanghua is an expert in condensed matter physics and electron microscopy, and an academician of China Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Sciences of developing countries.
