The members of the central group of the district shall make an annual self-study plan according to their work needs, and systematically study at least two basic Marxist works, especially Socialism with Chinese characteristics Theory System, and take notes on 1 special study. Write at least 1 theoretical articles or learning experiences around the learning content within one year.
2. Hold a central group study and reading meeting in due course. During the year, the district theoretical learning center group 1-2 reading conference was held. Focusing on the theme of "building the core area of xx blue economic science development", we will focus on building "five major sectors" and organize the members of the theoretical learning center group and the heads of relevant units in batches to study in advanced areas.
Further emancipate our minds and broaden our horizons. On the basis of study and inspection, the Central Group will hold a period of theoretical study and reading meeting to exchange study and inspection experience, explore development ideas and promote work.

During the year, lead relevant responsible units or departments to carry out investigation and research at the grassroots level, establish research notes, write research reports in person, and complete at least two achievements, papers or research reports integrating theory with practice.

6. Strengthen the construction of theoretical learning carriers. Continue to run the monthly report "Learning Practice", recommend valuable reading materials, introduce theoretical trends, analyze situation and policies, exchange learning experiences, and promote self-study of leading cadres.
7. Establish and improve the learning evaluation mechanism. Carry out the study inspection of the central group once every quarter and report it once every six months, and incorporate the study of each central group into the annual assessment system. The assessment results are linked to the evaluation of the organization and the rise and fall of cadres.
