Description:
1. All defense applicants must complete the two steps of "submitting defense application" and "submitting thesis information" in the system before going through the defense procedures.
In addition to the above operations, doctors must also complete the filling of electronic files (scientific research information) in the system, and those who do not fill in will not be processed.
2. For the user name, password and filling instructions of "Postgraduate Integrated Management Information System", please refer to the Notice on Filling in Postgraduate Integrated Management Information System for Students Applying for Defense in the First Half of 20 17.
3. The "text" and "full text" of the uploaded electronic degree thesis must be the final draft of the degree thesis completed by the applicant, and signed by the tutor after examination and approval. It cannot be replaced after the submission deadline. If the text submitted is wrong, or the follow-up procedure cannot be entered due to late submission, you are responsible.

Five, HowNet duplicate paper submission requirements
According to the Measures of the Ministry of Education for Dealing with Fake Dissertations and the Measures of university of international business and economics for Dealing with Duplicate Dissertations, the submitted papers can only enter the follow-up procedure after being checked by HowNet. Papers submitted should meet the format requirements, and if the format is incorrect, they will not be accepted:
1, format and naming
Degree applicants are required to upload "full text" and "text" in "Postgraduate Integrated Management Information System-Thesis Information Submission" (both documents must be uploaded, both in word format in 2003).
The uploaded document should be named "Content _ Name". Such as "text _ Zhang San" and "full text _ Zhang San".
2. Content
According to "university of international business and economics Postgraduate Thesis Writing Standard", the thesis consists of *** 13 parts.
Word document named "Text" only contains part 8 "Text"; The word document named "Full Text" should be the full version of the thesis. Except for the "Chinese cover" in the part 1, all the information of the author and tutor is hidden in the rest part 12, which is replaced by XX.
Six, the thesis defense related requirements
The college will arrange the thesis defense time from May 2 to May 19. Postgraduates have passed the double-test and double-blind (sampling) evaluation of HowNet and received the defense materials. After the "double-blind evaluation of papers" link in the graduate integrated management information system shows "defense allowed", the college can arrange their thesis defense.
The thesis defense must make and use PPT, and implement the tutor avoidance system.
The applicant should take seriously the opinions put forward by the defense experts, revise them as appropriate, and submit them after review by the tutor or college. For details, please refer to the Notice on Further Promoting the Revision of Postgraduate Dissertation after Defense.
Seven, after the defense paper submission requirements
Within one week after the end of the defense, the applicant should submit the paper version of the final dissertation to the college, and upload the electronic version in "Graduate Integrated Management Information System-Thesis Defense-Thesis Submission Information". The deadline is May 26th.
The College should hold the academic degree evaluation committee branch before May 26th.
After collecting all theses, the college should submit 4 doctoral theses and 3 master theses to the graduate school before June 2.
According to the relevant requirements of the State Council Academic Degree Office, the information of qualified academic personnel audited by academic degree evaluation committee will be publicized to the public, and degree certificates will be issued without objection. /
