-Prepare ingredients-

Purple potato 100g sweet potato 100g yam 100g cassava flour 60g wheat flour starch 25g water 25g white sugar (or condensed milk) sago (sago) 200g milk 250ml condensed milk with a spoonful of coconut milk.

-Steps-

1. Sweet potato (purple potato yam) is steamed and mashed.

2. Add cassava flour, wheat flour, water and sugar, knead into balls, do not stick your hands, knead into strips and cut into small pieces.

3. Boil in boiling water for 3 minutes, then add a cup of cold water and boil again. Put it in cold water.

4. Sweet potato paste is the same as above.

5. Add 15g cocoa powder and matcha powder to the yam paste and purple potato.

6. Cook with purple potato and then soak in cold water.

7. Cook sago in water until there is a small white core in the middle, turn off the fire and stew for five minutes, then remove it and put it in cold water.

8. Put the sago dew into the milk, add all the taro balls, add some coconut milk, and concentrate the milk to adjust the sweetness.

9. Put those who like ice in the refrigerator and take them out with some fruit or snow.

If you cook too much, put the cooked taro balls in the refrigerator and cook them while eating; I made it green with yam mud and some matcha powder.
