When I first went to college, I liked to stay up late. At that time, I liked to participate in all kinds of mathematical modeling, and it usually took three days to finish a short paper. So staying up late is inevitable.
But I always felt that I was still young at that time and I didn't feel anything after staying up all night. I deeply remember that once I played the final exam, so I stayed up for two days in a row, and then continued to take professional classes on the third day.
However, after the exam, I still don't feel sleepy, even feel very energetic, and further, I feel that I have drifted over. At that time, I told my friend that staying up late was exciting, and she also told me meaningfully, "You just came back to life ~"
Later ~ as I said before, fatigue won't come, it just hasn't happened yet. I started to sleep around 10 o'clock that night and slept until noon the next day, but I didn't wake up. And in the next few days, I feel that my mental state is particularly bad and depressed.
Later, every time I stayed up until two o'clock, I felt sick. I thought about it, maybe it's because I'm old ~
Here, I suggest young and energetic friends go to bed early and don't stay up late. What can be solved during the day must not be put off until the evening. Although your body won't show any abnormality at present, not showing it now doesn't mean not showing it all the time. It's just, it hasn't been released yet, that's all.
So, please cherish your body. It's the same no matter what age ~
