Papers on Protection Planning of Historical and Cultural Cities
It is reported that in order to build a road, a famous historical and cultural city recently demolished an ancient city wall built in the Tang Dynasty.

Our class had a debate on this issue. Opinions differ. About 10% of the students support that. They think that building roads is the development of society. What's more, cultural heritage should give way to society when necessary. Just like a coin has two sides, about 90% students are against it.
