This paper discusses the application of MATLAB in signal processing. The focus of this paper is to use MATLAB programming and visualization tools to generate the required signal, and then sample and analyze the frequency spectrum, and finally restore it to the original signal and draw related graphs. Through the above process, we can master the basic concepts, theories and methods of digital signal processing and learn how to use MATLAB to analyze and process signals. MATLAB introduced by MathWorks Company is a set of powerful scientific and engineering calculation software, which not only has powerful mathematical calculation and analysis functions based on matrix, but also has rich visual and graphical performance functions and easy programming ability. MATLAB organically combines matrix operation, numerical analysis, graphics, programming and other functions, and provides us with a powerful tool for signal calculation and programming.
