Tea tree group planting refers to planting multiple tea trees in similar areas at the same time to form a tea garden or tea forest. This way can promote the staggered and dense growth of tea trees, thus increasing the tea yield. Tea trees planted in non-group are tea trees planted separately. Compared with the planting method of planting tea trees in groups, the distance between tea trees is far, and it is more susceptible to the influence of external environment. Because of its large growth space, it needs to consume more nutrients and water, so the yield per plant of tea tree is relatively low.

Generally speaking, group planting tea trees is more suitable for large-scale tea production, while non-group planting tea trees is more suitable for small-scale or family planting.
