Open Word and switch to the noteexpress plug-in. If you haven't installed this plug-in, you can look at my previous experience and teach you how to install it. In the noteexpress plug-in, click the Settings button.

Open the settings dialog box, as shown in the figure, and click "Import all the titles in Word into ne" below.

Many of us will encounter a problem, that is, the noteexpress prompt has no references, while Word obviously has many references. How did this happen? This is because you didn't use noteexpress for strict editing when you first wrote Word, so this problem appears now.

If there is no error, you will see a dialog box open, allowing you to choose which folder to import the records into. We can import them into an existing folder, or create a new folder, as shown in the figure, and then click the New button.

Rename the newly created folder, and then click OK.

When you open noteexpress, you will see a newly imported title record under the Word folder, indicating that the import was successful.
