In 2005, 749 million college students have graduated, an increase of 220% compared with ten years ago. It is not difficult to see that with the decline of unemployment rate in China, the employment pressure of graduates is also increasing. It is difficult to apply for a job corresponding to IT major, which is the main problem of unemployment. Although the government encourages freshmen to start their own businesses, the employment situation in China has not changed significantly.

According to "Report on Recruitment Status of Model Enterprises in 20/KOOC-0/4", although well-known enterprises in the market grew by 23.4% on average in 20/KOOC-0/4, the number of recruits reached 380,000, and each enterprise recruited 683 fresh graduates, an increase of/KOOC-0/2.8% compared with 20/KOOC-0/3. However, since the number of graduates this year is the largest in the whole year, reaching 7.49 million, and those unemployed college students last year, their employment situation will not improve.

In order to solve this problem, our team conducted investigation and research, and after strict planning and modification, finally launched a "one-stop service" system.

The system is based on the online recruitment system in ASP.NET, using visual studio 20 10 as the development tool, sql as the database, and c # language for development. The system requires simple interface and easy operation and maintenance.
