Paper binding requirements

Paper is printed on white A4 paper; Leave a margin of at least 2.5 cm at the top, bottom, left and right; Tie it from the left.

The first page of the paper is a letter of commitment, and the specific content and format are shown on the second page of this specification.

The second page of the test paper is a special page for numbering, which is used for numbering the test papers before and after the division and national review. See the third page of this specification for the specific content and format.

The title, abstract and keywords of the paper are written on the third page of the paper (no translation into English is required), and the page numbers are compiled from this page; Page numbers must be located in the middle of the footer of each page and numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals starting from "1". Note: The abstract should be concise and detailed. Please write carefully (but the length should not exceed one page).

Starting from the fourth page is the text of the paper (no table of contents). The paper cannot have a title or any information that may show the identity and school of the respondent.

The paper should be clear and concise (the text should be controlled within 20 pages as far as possible, and the number of pages in the appendix is not limited).

Citation of other people's achievements or other public information (including information found on the Internet) must be clearly listed in the text citation and references in accordance with the prescribed expression of references. The number of references in the text is indicated by square brackets, such as [1][3] and so on. You must also indicate the page number when quoting books. The references are listed in the order cited in the article, and the book expression is as follows:

The periodical papers in the references are expressed as follows:

Paper content format

Every graduation season, master students are busy completing graduation design. Because they don't know the format of the master's thesis, they often have to revise it many times to meet the requirements of the tutor. In order to better complete their writing and promote the standardization of their papers, I am here to introduce the writing requirements of the master's thesis format for the majority of graduates, hoping to help the master's students complete their papers.

The cover includes the title of the thesis, the names of students and tutors, the major and the submission time of master's thesis. The title of the paper generally does not exceed 25 words, and the main contents of the paper should be highly summarized, requiring refinement and accuracy.

2. Contents

The table of contents is generally placed in front of the text and should be consistent with the outline of the text. The page number corresponding to each title should be clearly marked, and each title of the text should be reflected in the table of contents without omission.

3. Summary

Including Chinese and English abstracts and keywords, it is an indispensable link behind the catalogue, followed by Chinese abstracts, Chinese keywords, English abstracts and English keywords. It is a high generalization of the full text, and it is necessary to express the research significance, research process and research conclusion of the paper concisely and accurately. Abbreviations in English must meet the requirements of scientific norms, and the author cannot invent them by himself. However, the Chinese and English abstracts should be completely consistent, and the grammatical writing, spelling and expression habits of English abstracts should be correct. The abstract also includes keywords, generally including 3-5 words or phrases. Chinese keywords are located after Chinese abstracts, before English abstracts, and English keywords are located after English abstracts, which is the basis of paper classification and retrieval. Chinese and English keywords must be exactly the same, and Chinese and English keywords should use semicolons (; ) separate each keyword phrase. In addition, in order to facilitate the online retrieval of papers, keywords should try to avoid duplication with the title of the paper.

4. Text

The text consists of introduction (or preface), materials and methods, results, discussion and other links, which can be divided into several independent sections without links. If the paper includes several unrelated topics, it can be divided into several chapters; For example, chapter one, chapter two and chapter three. Each chapter should have preface, result, discussion and conclusion. The documents applicable to each chapter shall be compiled in a unified way after the text is completed.

5. Conclusion

The conclusion of the thesis is a summary of the content of the master's thesis, which makes readers understand the purpose, content and significance of the thesis at a glance, and should be accurate, complete and concise. The author should explain the boundary between his own research results and the scientific research work of his tutor.

6. Appendix

Data or information that should not appear in the text of the paper can be arranged in the appendix. It usually includes the following contents: supplementary materials of the paper, such as experimental methods, formula derivation and data processing process; The research results of postgraduate students during their study, such as published papers, academic conferences and submitted papers.

Acknowledgement is the last part of the master's thesis, and it is the author's gratitude to the units and individuals who helped or knew it during the process of completing the master's thesis. The part of gratitude needs to be realistic and modest. The praise for a certain person or unit should not be exaggerated. The object of thanks should be true, and individuals or units that are helpful to the completion of the master's thesis should not be omitted, nor should they be written into irrelevant individuals or units at will.
