How to cite documents in papers
1. First open China HowNet, find the document you need to refer to, then click on the reference symbol in the document bar (the reference symbol circled in red), then select the reference format you need in the pop-up reference format, and copy the format you want, for example, the blue part is the format I copied.

2. After copying, open the paper text, paste the copied content in the reference (usually at the bottom of the paper), and then press Enter to automatically form the number.

If the numbers are not automatically generated and they are all [1], you need to do the following:

Delete all [1] first, then click the number format selection at the beginning, click Define to add a number format (red line), and click OK, and the normal number will appear.

3. After the document annotation is completed, you should mark the text of the paper and position the mouse on the text of the reference to be cited.

Figure 7? Locate the mouse and click before the period of the referenced file.

Then click Cross Reference in Reference to open the following interface, where the reference type is changed to numbered item and the application content is changed to paragraph number. Then select the corresponding file number in the "Which number of projects are referenced" below, and click "Insert".

4. Finally, set the quoted number as superscript (for example, click the pattern at the beginning).

Supplement: Chinese input method is in bold brackets, and English input method is in ordinary brackets. English input method is generally used in this paper.
