Click Page Layout, Separator, and Next. Double-click the footer of the next page in the table of contents and gray out "Link to previous page" in the navigation. Just delete the page number of the directory page.

Make a cover, double-click the header, enter the header content, set the font and font size, and click View Display Scale to see the overall effect.
