The proportional flow valve consists of CP3 bypass three-way pressure compensation valve, VP proportional pressure reducing valve, REC flow regulating valve and EV load sensing overflow valve, which can realize 0- 100% flow proportional adjustment.
REC proportional flow speed regulating valve is driven by VP pilot proportional reducing valve, which transfers the load pressure to the load chamber (spring side) of CP3 to provide the flow required by the load, and the excess flow higher than the load pressure flows back to the oil tank from the bypass port of CP3 pressure compensation valve.
When the multi-way valve is IN the neutral position, the VP pressure reducing valve is in the power-off state, and the pump flow pressure directly acts on the bottom of the CP3 pressure compensation valve through the in port, opening the bypass port, and the pump flow only flows back to the oil tank at a pressure higher than that of the CP3 load chamber. At this time, CP3 is equivalent to a bypass valve, and the pressure P of the loading chamber of CP3 is only 0.8-0.8- 1.2 Mpa (P = spring side pressure+oil discharge back pressure).
When the reversing valve of the multi-way valve works, the VP reducing valve is energized, and the pressure of the oil pump adjusts the pressure difference on both sides of the pilot port of the REC flow speed regulating valve through the VP proportional reducing valve, thus realizing the proportional adjustment of the valve port of the speed regulating valve slide valve. The regulating pressure acts on the spring side of CP3 at the same time, reducing the opening of the bypass port BP in proportion, ensuring the flow required by the load and bypassing the excess flow.
Second, the pressure compensation valve
(1)CP2 bidirectional straight-through pressure compensation differential pressure relief flow valve
CP2 two-way straight-through pressure compensation differential pressure relief valve is usually installed at the inlet side of P port of reversing valve. When a plurality of blade valves work at the same time, the load pressure is transmitted to the spring side of the CP2 valve. At this time, the working valve plate acts as a series flow control valve, and the flow of each valve is kept constant under the action of CP2. Its flow is proportional to the input signal, independently controlled, and not interfered by other load changes.
(2)CP3 three-way pressure compensation bypass overflow valve
CP3 three-way pressure compensation bypass safety valve is usually installed on the main inlet valve plate of multi-way valve. When the multi-way valve stops working and all valves are in the middle position, CP3 will bypass the main oil flow. When the valve works, CP3 bypasses the overflow under the load pressure+compensation pressure (5- 15 bar) and provides the required flow according to the maximum load pressure.
Third, the electromagnetic reversing valve
Integral multi-way electromagnetic directional valve, like split multi-way directional valve, has manual control and electromagnet control, and has four neutral functions: N-type, O-type, Y-type and H-type. Plug-in 3-position 4-way electromagnetic directional valve can be used, or two 2-position 4-way or two 2-position 3-way electromagnetic directional valves can be combined. Manual control options include: push-in reset, pull-out reset/self-locking, rotary self-locking and so on.
