First, the submission should be correct.

Secondly, we need to know the publishing cycle. The publishing cycle includes bimonthly, quarterly and monthly ... The longer the publication cycle, the longer the article appears in the journal, and the lower the employment rate of the article may be. If it is used to evaluate professional titles, you must refer to the publication cycle, which determines your preparation time.

Third, understand the columns of a publication. The column determines the publishing direction. Generally, there are two situations: first, the column is fixed. Then when you post an article, you can contribute according to the column, which is more targeted. Second, the columns are changing. For example, this year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and most publications will publish columns on the founding of the People's Republic of China. You can write a special article based on this column. The changed columns are usually published in the publications at the beginning of the year.

Finally, it is best to indicate the column name on the envelope when publishing the manuscript, so that the editor can handle the manuscript timely and accurately.

Second, pay attention to seize the opportunity.

The publication of a paper is like a news report. The newer the topic, the closer it is, and the easier it is to be hired. However, academic journals are not "daily newspapers" after all. As far as the publishing cycle is concerned, they are too backward. When you contribute, they are still hot topics, and when they are published, there may be no topics.

Third, pay attention to the standard format.

At present, most of them are submitted by mail and need to form electronic documents. It is suggested to observe the typesetting habits of publications before submission, and it is best to adjust them to the standard format of publications. If the publication does not provide a reference format, it must also be sorted out, at least beautiful and readable.

When submitting a manuscript, we should study the articles published in various journals and sum up some rules, so that the manuscript can be targeted. Generally speaking, the articles sent to newspapers and periodicals should be as short as possible, the topics should be small, and the contents should be practical and operable, so that others can be inspired and educated or can use them. However, the papers participating in the selection should be more theoretical, with slightly larger topics and more words, so as to make the problem clear. Usually, when the department that organizes the topic selection of a paper issues a notice or gives inspiration, it has clear requirements on the topic selection, format and number of words of the paper, and should pay full attention to it when writing. If there is no requirement, the author thinks that the number of words in the selected papers should be 3000- 5000 words, generally not less than 3000 words.

No matter what kind of article, we should pay great attention to the scientificity and readability of the article while controlling the number of words. The so-called scientific nature means that the viewpoint of the article cannot be wrong, the arguments cited should be accurate, and the argumentation process should stand scrutiny; The so-called readability mainly means that the written expression should be liked by people, and they want to read the content as soon as they see the topic. Fifth, pay attention to the submission strategy.

People who have just started to contribute always hope to get a reply from the editorial department as soon as possible. In fact, because the editorial department has to deal with countless manuscripts every day, many publications are often too lazy to send an acceptance notice after receiving the manuscripts, which has dampened the enthusiasm of many authors. There are also a few publications that take care of "related manuscripts" in large quantities and only pay attention to a few "celebrities", which makes many newcomers flinch.

However, it should be admitted that any publication will consider its own reputation, and truly vital publications will adhere to the principle of recognizing manuscripts rather than people. As long as the manuscript is right and the quality is excellent, there is no reason for any editorial department to give priority to the best.
