At least 5 ~ 6 complete sentences, including purpose, method, result, conclusion (four elements are indispensable), etc. It should be written in the third person, avoiding the use of words such as "this article" and "author", and not having a subjective beginning such as "this experiment". It should be written as a reportable summary, which is self-evident, that is, you can get the main information of the full text without reading it (pay special attention to all the contents mentioned in the article, and the data are consistent). Don't repeat the topic, give the main information, key steps or data in the text for easy retrieval; Length: 300 words of reportage, indicative 100 words, reportage-indicative 200 words; English abstracts generally correspond to Chinese abstracts; Please give the full name of the abbreviation when it first appears, such as MALDI-TOFMS. The margins of the layout are 3cm above, 2.5cm below and on the left, and 2 cm on the right; Add "Graduation Thesis of Yantai University" to the header, the font is Lishu No.3, centered, and the header is 2 cm away from the boundary; The page number is small five, the bottom is centered, and the footer is 1.75cm away from the boundary. The binding line is 0.8 cm left.

There are two spaces between two words.

3, level (grade) the provisions of the title

Rank titles shall be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals; Numbers of different levels are separated by dots (half angles), and the last digit is not punctuated. Such as "1", "1. 1", "3. 1.2", "3. 1.2. 1" and so on. , the number reaches level 4. Arrange the serial numbers of all levels in the left top box, followed by the space 1 Chinese characters, and then arrange the titles. The title cannot be placed at the end of the page.

The first-level titles of the text are generally "0 Preface", 1 Materials and Methods, "2 Results", "3 Discussions" and "4 Conclusions". The first-level title sequence and title are in bold type II. The first-level preface and title are placed in the middle, and the first-level preface and title are double-spaced from the bottom. Second-level headings are arranged at the top left, such as "1. 1 experimental method". The content after the first and second headings starts on another line. Its preface and title are written in three bold small characters. Single line spacing, 0.3 lines before and after the paragraph.

At the top left, there are three titles such as "Determination method of organic acids in hawthorn (1. 1)". Separate it from the following contents with a colon, and the contents are arranged in order. The three-level preface and title are bold type 4. Single line spacing, 0.2 lines before and after the paragraph.

××× ×× ×× ××2) ×××

××× ×× ×× ×× ×××

Note: (1) The font of characters in the table is Song Ti, and the font of English and numerals is "Times New Roman", No.5; (2) the footnote of ××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××

Excellent graduation theses of colleges, universities and provincial and ministerial levels must have Chinese and English headers, and other graduation theses must use at least Chinese headers. The number five is used for the title and body of the table.

8. Illustration: The drawings in the graduation thesis are required to be accurate and clear. Drawings should be carefully selected, self-evident, and should not be repeated with tables and written expressions. The chart should have a title in Chinese and English, and the title should be placed at the bottom of the chart in the same format as the table title. The lines should be clear, even, clear and accurate. All numbers should be numbered in Arabic numerals.

9. Scientific names of plants, animals and microorganisms involved in all contents of graduation thesis: generic names and proper names (including subspecies and varieties) are italicized in Latin. The initials are capitalized and the rest are lowercase; Latin orthography is used for genera and above. Viruses always appear in normal form, with the first letter capitalized.

Restriction endonuclease: the first three letters of the endonuclease are italicized, and the following letters are arranged in parallel with the coding body, such as bamh Ⅰ, hind Ⅲ, Sau3A, etc.

Abbreviations of amino acids and bases: When the abbreviations of amino acids are expressed by three letters, only the first letter is capitalized, and the rest are lowercase and positive. Basic abbreviations are capitalized and orthographic.

10, with a space between the unit and the molecular formula, such as: 1 mol/L NaOH, 0.5g NaCl.

The errors are 1 mol/L NaOH and 0.5 g NaCl.

1 1, and the number of microorganisms should be expressed as CFU/ g and CFU/ ml.

Common mistakes are "pieces/ml" and "pieces/gram"

The number of microorganisms should be described correctly, such as/kloc-0 /×109 cfu/ml 2.5×10-6 cfu/ml.

Error is written as 1× 109 cfu/mL and 2.5× 10-6 cfu/ml, and I forgot to mark them.

12, unit use

Volume ml-ml (in words), microliter-? 0? 8L (capital), L-L (capital)

Weight grams, kilograms, tons.

Solution concentration: expressed in mol/L and mmol/L, not in m or n.

Small letter p of pH

Temperature℃,℃

Optical density: expressed in OD, italicized.

Rpm-R/min instead of rpm.

Pressure: expressed in MPa, Pa or kPa, not in pounds or kg/cm2.

Radioactive element 60Co

Heat units Cal/g, Cal/kg, Cal/mL, Cal/m3.

Viscosity mPa? 6? 1

Statistical symbols are usually expressed in italics. The statistical symbols commonly used in this journal are as follows: (1) the arithmetic mean of samples is expressed in English lowercase x; The standard deviation is English lowercase s; T test English lowercase t; F for inspection; X2 for chi-square test; The correlation coefficient is r; The number of samples is n; The probability is p.

Probability p (capital italics), etc.

Molecular weight of biological macromolecules: kD, D is protein; The nucleic acid is bp or kb.

Time: day is d, hour is h, minute is min, and second is s.

13, length measurement unit,℃ and% cannot be omitted; For example, 20 cm×0.3 cm cannot be written as 20×0.3cm;; 20℃-30℃ cannot be written as 20-30℃; 20%-30%, can not be written as 20%-30%; Short lines and other identical units before pause can be omitted; The short line "-"is a symbol font.

14. The symbols in the text should be Chinese half-width, and special attention should be paid to pasting commas and quotation marks in the content.

15. The correct situation of the multiplication sign in the formula is "X", and "*" cannot be used. The label takes the following form:

C-concentration of glucose standard solution, g/l;

V 1—— the volume of glucose standard solution required for titration of 10mL membrane reagent, ml;

V2—— the volume of consumed sample, ml;

16, remember to pay attention to the subscript of the molecular formula written in English letters.

na2so 4→→→→→→→→→→na2so 4

Fe3+→→→→→→→→→Fe3+

Reference of intransitive verbs

Reference is the most wrong part, and it is also the most important place to observe a person's academic accomplishment. I hope I can focus my attention on my students.

The number five is used for reference. [1]-[9] Leave two spaces between the preface and the text, and only one space after it. All punctuation marks in the references are in English, and there can be no period in Chinese. Finally, be sure to check whether the order in the references is consistent with that in the text. It is best to edit references with endnote software.
