Difference between diagram and calculation
Figure and figure out are commonly used words when my students and I write English papers. Both of them can mean "calculation", but they are different in extended meaning and usage, as follows:

One: Interpretation of meaning

Picture English [? f? ɡ? (r)]? Beauty [? f? ɡj? r]? Graphics; Numbers; The digital symbol V is an important part; Belong to, calculate

Find out English [? f? ɡ? (r) a? t]? Beauty [? f? ɡj? r a? t]? Solve; Fitness; Come up with; Understand; decision

Similarity: Both can be used to mean "calculation".

Difference: Numbers refer to the results of calculating things; Figuring out refers to calculating, thinking out and understanding.

Two: the difference in usage

"Figure": Figure is often used to calculate the result of things and is used as the third person singular and plural equivalent.
