Border inspection (motor vehicles entering and leaving check card in triplicate), and fill in your name and license plate number. Stamp together with your passport and pass the border inspection. This triplet must be submitted when returning to Mohan Port.

2. Laos does not need to fill in the entry-exit card (which is also a waste of time) when going through the border inspection procedures, with 20,000 kips for people and 20,000 kips for cars (1 10,000 kips to 8 yuan RMB). Passport, Class B driving license and motor vehicle entry-exit inspection card are stamped. Apply for a temporary driver's license of 30,000 KIP (bring your own one-inch photo, you can scan your passport on the spot, without photos, it seems to be100,000 KIP. )

Customs, Laos border inspection is far from the customs, and now the infrastructure is under construction (Mo Ding Special Zone), and the road conditions are not good, so just follow the car.
Customs (simple customs declaration procedures), bring class B driving license+driving license+passport, and the cost is 60 thousand KIP. You don't need a copy of your driver's license and passport, but the cost has increased.

2. China Customs (with infrastructure and many carts) fills in the customs declaration form (with samples, simple) and seals it. Cost 18 yuan. Note: the cart is blocking this customs declaration point. Private cars can go retrograde to check the border first, and then come back for customs declaration and payment. If they can't find it, ask the border inspection. Without a customs declaration form (seal), you can't enter the country. The following cards should be returned upon entry.
