Our school is located in the suburb of Yang Shezhen, Zhangjiagang City, with 24 squadrons, 1 100 members. Over the past few years, our school has been adhering to the school-running philosophy of "independence, pragmatism, innovation and sustainable development", taking "training cross-century talents" as the goal, and under the guidance of "Work Outline for Young Pioneers Counselors", focusing on the main tasks and basic concepts of the Young Pioneers' work, the whole team has grasped the grassroots and implemented them, and all the work of the Young Pioneers has been steadily advanced, and achieved certain results.
First, improve the network and optimize the team of counselors.
Young Pioneers counselors are close friends and mentors of children. All the work and tasks of the Young Pioneers should be carried out by the Young Pioneers' counselors. To this end, we have established a network of counselors' organizations that combines inside and outside the school, at the same time, we have intensified training and constantly optimized the team of counselors.
1. Build an excellent team of school counselors. Our school has 1 team counselors, 3-year counselors and 24 squadron counselors. Strengthening the construction of grass-roots organizations is the basic guarantee for the work of Young Pioneers. Young Pioneers' organizations in our school can conscientiously implement the four systems, constantly strengthen and improve the construction of grass-roots organizations, and make the organization construction standardized and modernized.
1. implement the system of minority congresses. Our school insists on holding a small congress every academic year, soliciting proposals, and electing a new brigade committee through campaign speeches and talent shows. , review the work of the previous brigade committee, reply to the proposal, and hold the inauguration ceremony of the new brigade committee.
2. Implement the training system for team cadres. In order to enhance the service consciousness and improve the service ability of team cadres, our team headquarters regularly holds team cadre schools to train team cadres in team knowledge, working methods and skills, and organize team cadres to participate in the "city captain school" training. A number of outstanding team cadres stand out in the training. At the same time, in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of young pioneers cadres, the school organizes the selection of "excellent team cadres" every semester.
3. Implement the system of community activities. The psychological consultation room "Xinyu Cabin" in our school has an elegant environment, and the functional areas such as reception area, consultation area and reading area are set reasonably, and it is open to teachers and students every day. In 2008, it was rated as the first batch of qualified psychological counseling rooms in Suzhou.
4. Expand the position of off-campus activities.
