Huazhong University of Science and Technology 2023 Graduate Entrance Examination Re-examination Work Rules (by Faculty) Text

According to the spirit of the documents of the Ministry of Education and the Hubei Provincial Admissions Office, combined with the actual situation of the school, in 2023, all postgraduate students in our school will be re-examined offline. For details, please refer to the re-examination work rules of each department.

Centralized retest time: March 24th (Friday)-26th (Sunday).

All candidates need online re-examination and master's re-examination system.

Requirements for registration materials:

1. ID card. Photos on the front and back of valid ID cards or valid identification certificates of candidates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan (please make sure that the border is complete, the handwriting is clear and visible, and the brightness is even), and the photos must be adjusted to horizontal version when uploading.

2. Academic qualifications and student status materials. (Only upload 1 JPG pictures or 1 PDF files)

(1) Information on academic qualifications and student status in China. Previous students are required to submit the electronic registration and filing form of the education certificate of the Ministry of Education, and new students are required to submit the online verification report of the education status of the Ministry of Education (/archive/index.jsp). Freshmen in our school can provide photos of student ID card cover and information page.

(2) Those who have obtained a degree outside the country (territory) shall submit a report on the certification of academic degrees outside the country (territory) of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education (). Those who are currently studying can provide relevant proof of studying abroad.

3. resume. The format is not limited, no more than 5 pages. It can include personal basic information, study experience, undergraduate transcripts (stamped by educational administration or archives department), foreign language proficiency certificates, various award-winning certificates, etc. Academic achievements or academic experience materials (published academic papers, graduation thesis opening reports, abstracts, etc.). ); Work experience, social practice, scientific research practice and other experience to prove. (Please combine all the contents into 1 PDF file and submit)

4. The "Postgraduate Re-examination Ideological and Political Moral Performance Assessment Form" must be downloaded, printed and stamped with the official seal, and the paper version will be submitted to the re-examination department when reporting on site.

5. Other materials required by some departments.

Candidates should report on time, wait for the exam and participate in all aspects of the re-examination according to the time and place announced by the re-examination rules of the department.

Offline re-examination venue arrangement:

The main campus-East Ninth Floor (it is recommended to enter the school from East Ninth Gate)

Tongji campus -PBL teaching building or the second teaching building (you can enter the school from the gate of Tongji Medical College)

Off-campus candidates must hold ID cards and admission tickets. In order to avoid traffic congestion, candidates are advised to take public transport, and off-campus vehicles are not allowed to enter the campus. Candidates should wear masks when traveling and do personal protection.
