Method 1:
1. Adjust text width: select text with different widths, and click Adjust Width under Chinese layout to adjust it to 4 characters. Finally, click OK to make each line of text have the same width.
2. Underline: Tap the space behind the text, and then underline it to generate a horizontal line.
3, pay attention! When the space length is wrong, select the last two spaces and change the font size in the font settings, so that the space length can be changed and adjusted as needed.
Method 2:
1. Step 1: Insert table. Click Insert-Table to create a new table according to the content.
2. Step 2: Adjust the text width to be consistent. Fill in the contents of the table box first, then select the text parts with the same width, and click the scattered alignment function to make the text width the same.
3. Step 3: Remove the redundant border of the table. First, click the small label in the upper left corner of the table, select all tables, find the border function of the menu bar, click Expand, and select Borderless to get a borderless table.
Step 4: Add an underline. First select the content to be underlined, then find the menu bar border function, select the bottom border line, and you can see the underline below the content. Repeat this operation to get the effect as shown in the figure.
