Tess of the D 'Urbervilles, a pure woman who is faithfully portrayed.
..... is Thomas Hardy's most famous work. It tells the tragic life of a beautiful country girl Tess Durbeyfield.
Tess is the daughter of poor John D 'Urberfield. John D 'Urberfield learned that his family was related to ancient nobles and was the last family of the D 'Urbervilles. In order to take advantage of this relationship, Tess was sent to pursue the son of Mrs. D 'Urberfield's local family. The second stage of the novel is about Angel. At the dairy, Tess met a man named Angel Clare and fell in love with him. But she felt guilty and felt that she should tell Angel about her past. She tried to write him a confession letter, but unfortunately Angel never saw it. After the wedding, Angel and Tess both admitted their indiscretions: Angel told Tess about his affair with an old woman in London, and Tess told Angel about her history with Alec. Tess forgave the angel, but the angel couldn't. When Tess was in trouble, Alec tried to trap her for the second time, which led to Tess's murder, escape and apparent impurity, and was finally brought to justice.
