The difference between HowNet and Victoria Census

The VIP periodical database is not as big as HowNet. The CNKI periodical duplicate checking system AMLC/SMLC can detect both the periodical database and the postgraduate database, while the VIP comparative database mainly means that some periodical papers have no postgraduate database. The VIP paper detection system uses semantic fingerprint identification technology, and HowNet uses the method of character number segmentation to check.

There should be a price difference of at least 10% between VIP and HowNet. Relatively speaking, HowNet contains more databases, because it has a total of 15 databases, including papers, and the number is also more.
