Reflections on how primary and secondary school teachers do a good job in teaching and scientific research at present
Suhomlinski said: "If you want teachers' work to bring fun to teachers, so that attending classes every day does not become a monotonous obligation, then you should guide every teacher to embark on the happy road of research. "It can be seen that teaching and scientific research is the support for teachers' growth and self-development. The purpose of teaching and scientific research is to better guide education and teaching, solve problems in education and teaching with high quality, and complete the dialectical cycle from practice to theory and from theory to practice. I am well aware of the importance of teaching and research, but there are still many front-line teachers who have a headache when it comes to teaching and research. I am no exception. I have never known how to teach scientific research well and feel unattainable. This semester, xu teacher, the teaching and research section, once again recommended a good book "How to do teaching and research today: for primary and secondary school teachers" for our primary school English team members. After opening the book, I was delighted to find that this book played a very important guiding role in our teaching and research. This book, written by Feng Weidong, discusses educational essays, educational papers, micro-topic research, topic selection, topic implementation and efficient classroom construction, and gives methodological guidance to primary and secondary school teachers on how to carry out teaching research with easy-to-understand language and some examples. I used my summer vacation time to read the first two lectures carefully: jointing life in spiritual walking and "building the soul" in rational expression, and I felt that I benefited a lot.
