1 Open the official website of Victoria Census and enter the home page.

2 Click "Start Detection" on the home page to enter the system detection interface.

3 In the detection interface, paste the paper to be detected or choose to upload locally. Only doc, docx and pdf documents can be uploaded. Click "Next".

4. The system automatically queries the number of words of papers submitted for inspection to determine the testing cost.

5 Click on WeChat Pay or Alipay. After scanning the code and paying, click the submit paper button, and the system will start testing.

After submitting the test, you can refresh the test page at any time and wait for about 5~30 minutes to complete the test and download the test report. For the first draft of undergraduate thesis, it is suggested to use regular duplicate checking software such as HowNet, VIP, paperfree and papertime. And for the final draft, use the duplicate checking system required by the school to ensure that the paper meets the academic requirements.
