Brief introduction of Zhou Yinchang's characters
Zhou Yinchang,1September 1936, was born in an ordinary family of post and telecommunications workers in Beijing. A family of eight lives on their father's meager salary. Poor family made him understand the hardships of life from an early age, and developed a hard-working and enterprising character in the hardships. In order to get into a good school in the middle school attached to Normal University, he has to get up one or two hours earlier than other children every day, selling newspapers along the way, and combining learning with helping his family make a living. When I entered Beijing No.4 Middle School, I had to carve at least two pieces of wax paper in dim light after finishing my homework every day, which took several hours. While trying to learn all subjects well, he also actively participated in the upsurge of students' singing movement. As a member of the famous "Xinghai Choir" in Beijing, he occasionally serves as the lead singer and soloist, and is the backbone of an active singing movement. In this process, Ling Qingyun, an influential teacher in Beijing No.4 Middle School, began to teach him vocal music and provided him with a music classroom to learn to play the piano. Musicians Kyle, Liu Chi and Chen Zi, who are enthusiastic about coaching the mass singing activities, are also moved by this enthusiastic young man's spirit of seeking knowledge, so they teach him to sing folk songs from all over the country, practice composing music, and learn all kinds of music knowledge and revolutionary music history.

195 1 in the spring of, Zhou Yinchang, who was under 15 years old, wrote his first song "Singing Chairman Mao and the Production Party", which was revised by the teacher, not only published, but also selected as a middle school music textbook in that year. In our school, in Xicheng District, and on the campus of Beijing Middle School, songs written by middle school students themselves have been sung. Zhou Yinchang's name was added to the long list of outstanding students in Beijing No.4 Middle School, which is full of talents.

1953 In the spring, Zhou Yinchang came to the gray-white building in Nanhu, Shenyang, with full enthusiasm for music learning and a letter of recommendation written by Liu Chi and Chen Zi. Soon, he became the first batch of students in the newly established "Middle School Attached to Northeast Conservatory of Music". From then on, he began a long and regular study life as a music major. Although he has been engaged in many music social activities (some of which are work-study programs) during the whole study process, he has always maintained excellent results in various courses because of his diligence.

Shenyang Conservatory of Music stayed in school after graduation. Over the past 30 years, his work has experienced many twists and turns, forming a tortuous road of his career. Although there were twists and turns, he did not flinch, but moved to a higher position. He has pioneering spirit. Originally, his interest was composing music, and he also showed his creative talent in practice. The Festival Night (1956), written by him and the famous lyricist Zhang Li, was pushed to Beijing from the northeast and to the whole country. He entered the Children's Song Creation Garden with the famous poet Jin Bo, and created a number of excellent works, such as Morning Glory, Rain Song, Little Red Flower, Thank you, Xiaohe (Tian Tian's Ci) and Snowflake (Shen Yun's Ci). By the time he graduated from the university, he had published more than 100 songs, including Red May, Good May (1959, Ci of Kimble) and Song of Spring Day (1960, Ci of Cui Jixi), which spread in Northeast China and Beijing. Ding Dong (Mu Qing Ci) and Song of Shan Ye (Mu Qing Ci) were rated as national excellent juvenile songs by 1962. Together with small red flowers and small clouds, they have become textbooks for primary and secondary schools in China. Nanjing "Little Red Flower Art Troupe" also arranged "Little Red Flower" as a song and dance, and performed it as a reserved program of the troupe at home and abroad; The children's musical "The Big Pumpkin" was warmly welcomed in Shenyang. Unfortunately, due to the limited conditions, his graduation masterpiece "Cai Wenji" could not be rehearsed. Zhou Yinchang wrote music under the pseudonym Shangji. With the wealth of nations (1963), the motherland is good (1964, Wei Ci), we are the intimate people of the party (1965, Kimbo Ci), and the spirit of Daqing shines brilliantly (65438). An article commented: "At home. It can be inferred that if he continues along this direction, he can achieve more and higher achievements in the field of music creation. However, due to the need to stay in school after graduating from college and work, he can only put his creation in an "amateur" position.

1When he graduated in July, 1962, Zhou Yinchang declined several creative and performance units in Beijing that welcomed him to work, obeyed the organization's assignment and stayed at his alma mater, and immediately became a formal class of the fourth grade of the composition department. In order to teach the class well, he worked tirelessly and spent several years day and night, gradually forming his own academic opinions and writing unique teaching handouts. By 1996, he has become an excellent young teacher respected by students.

The "ten-year catastrophe" was terrible, but even in those years, he didn't stop studying. He used the opportunity of "decentralization" and "correction" to read Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong's philosophy, literature and art and aesthetics one by one, which filled the theoretical foundation for his future career.

After the Cultural Revolution, Zhou Yinchang, as the main teacher of composition, re-entered the teaching post. /kloc-in the autumn of 0/979, Zhou Yinchang was transferred to China People's Liberation Army Art College to teach. With the professional "civilian to military", the career has also begun to "switch careers", from composition to music theory. From then on, he devoted his energy to the vast world of music aesthetics, music sociology, music culture and even cultural management. The sign of this turning point began with the research and theoretical activities of the so-called "Hong Kong and Taiwan pop songs".

Theory comes from practice. Without thorough analysis and research, there is no right to speak. For this reason, he spent three months from the end of 1979, with the support and help of relevant leaders, comrades and his wife Qiu Diane, collected a large number of recorded materials of popular songs through various channels, recorded nearly 100 songs, analyzed more than 600 songs, and repeatedly compared and studied more than 100 songs. At the same time, we discussed and interviewed Hong Kong singers, cadres, teachers, students, parents, karaoke managers and even some hotels and restaurants in Shenzhen and Guangzhou for 100 times, and consulted a lot of historical materials. On the basis of solid research work, he wrote the monograph "Popular Songs of Hong Kong and Taiwan", which clearly summarized the meaning and interpretation of popular songs of Hong Kong and Taiwan, clearly classified complex modern popular songs of Hong Kong and Taiwan, and analyzed their characteristics and laws in detail from the aspects of lyrics and singing. This paper explains and answers why some "pop songs" have strong artistic appeal, why many young people are fascinated by them, and the social effects they have caused. Although the length of the manuscript is only 30,000 to 40,000 words, it is the first academic monograph that comprehensively studies and systematically analyzes China's "pop songs" since the founding of the People's Republic of China and even since the 1930s. It may also be the largest and most popular academic monograph on music so far. The monograph was published in journal of the central conservatory of music with the title "A Brief Analysis of Popular Songs" and distributed at home and abroad. At the same time, its first edition printed 200 thousand copies, which was quickly snapped up by the party, government and army system. If you add more than a dozen articles, reports, lectures, videos, forwards and reprints published in people's music, songs, etc. 10 newspapers and periodicals, it is really difficult to calculate its radiation range.

From 198 1, Zhou Yinchang, as a teacher of cadre training class, helped the old director Xiaohe to think about the army's thoughts and worry about the army's urgency, and planned and opened a training class for cultural cadres, realizing the pioneering work of military cultural cadres entering colleges and universities to receive special training, which was warmly welcomed by the army. In the past five years, it has held nine sessions for the General Logistics Department, the Navy, the General Staff, the Second Artillery Corps, the Science, Technology and Industry Committee for National Defense, the Artillery Corps, Fuzhou, Chengdu, Urumqi, Guangzhou, Kunming and other military regions. 1984 in February, after he took the leadership position of the department, he started training courses on film and television technology, Quyi creation and performance one after another according to the needs of the military cultural system. At the same time, he also extended the training of cultural cadres to local areas and held corresponding training courses for Beijing and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions.

In the mid-1980s, with the introduction of western modern industrial and enterprise management scientific knowledge into China, the realization of scientific management and management scientific research has become a hot spot in industry and commerce, administrative leadership, thought and academia. Judging from the general trend of social development, Zhou Yinchang feels that it is imperative to introduce management science into cultural work. The task of cultivating new cultural cadres is about to be put on the agenda. After some efforts, 1987 recruited the first batch of college students majoring in cultural management. The "Cultural Management Manual" edited by him presided over the compilation of the cultural management part of the army. He presided over the scientific research project "Rational allocation of grass-roots music life in the new period", and some teachers of the department participated in the project. On the basis of written achievements, he made a set of ten tapes of "Voice of Barracks" and distributed them to the whole army for use. The Department of Cultural Work of "Military Art" is the first major department of cultural management in China, which not only leads the discipline construction, but also takes the lead in entering the actual teaching operation in China. Zhou Yinchang and two other teachers won the Excellent Teaching Achievement Award for establishing the teaching system of cultural management. His generalization of the educational nature of cultural management specialty and his twelve-character teaching policy of "strengthening political quality and highlighting professional skills" have been adopted by many colleges and universities.

For more than ten years, Zhou Yinchang has continuously expanded his research topics and work fields, and has successively achieved new academic achievements, and rooted these achievements in grassroots units and the masses. According to incomplete statistics, he has given more than 600 lectures to the army, institutions, factories and mines, colleges and universities, with an audience of more than 200,000 people. Published and completed papers, articles, monographs and teaching materials are nearly one million words. In view of his outstanding achievements in music theory work, teaching work and socialist spiritual civilization construction, Military Art awarded him two third-class merits and two "Teaching Achievement Awards". 1989 The Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League awarded him the honorary title of "National Excellent Young Ideological Educator". Later, he won the Golden Cup Award of "Casting Soul" in the national education art and was praised as "Top Ten Young Educators". As an expert with outstanding contributions, he enjoys the special government allowance granted by the State Council.
